Just a suggestion Shade, cos it's your kitchen after all. Why not put your coffee/coffee pods/ tea/hot drinking stuff/syrups and cups/mugs above your kettle/coffee maker, so your not walking round your kitchen like a dizzy bee. Put your toaster near your fridge for butter/ bread products. Drinks and fizzy in an end cupboard you don't use much. Your plates and dishes in top cupboards nearer your cooker and spices and condiments top cupboards near your cooker. All cleaning products under sink and soap powders in utility room near your washing machine. Just a suggestion. All the best. Loooove your channel brilliant content and laffs. 🥰🥰🤣🤣❤️❤️

You’ve done so well 🥰 maybe a beautiful picture/painting on the plain wall? Add beautiful stick on tiles with same accent under cupboards? Also when radiator is on your bin will smell if you put food stuffs in there but you may not have anywhere else for it? ❤
Lovely ideas! Thank you hun. We have a good waste caddy other side of the kitchen where food stuffs go. So this bin is for all wrappings, general waste and recycling but not food luckily! Xx
You can put tabs of painters tape on the drawers, like leave a flap hanging out from the top so you can pull them out easily, until you get handles.

Such a big change in a short period of time. IKEA were selling drawer handles that look like the ones you have called kallror.
This is on my to do list too. New house has a way bigger kitchen, but no utility room (which we had in the old house), the 'utility' is in an outbuilding, so not suitable for a lot of things (dog and parrot food for example that used to live in the utility) and we just can't fit it all in. I will tell you one thing- this kitchen has two cupboards with the pull out swing shelves that you mentioned- great idea in theory but you lose SO much cupboard space with them! I think I'm going to take the bottom shelves out and have storage baskets instead to gain some space back. Your kitchen looks fab, love all the clear jars :)
What a big difference. This will make the kitchen so different until you are ready for the big makeover. I don’t think I could cope with that small oven though! Love your vlogs!

Loved the video Shade. I admire you for your diy skills. Just a suggestion for your spices in case you don't want to move them to another cupboard. I organised my spices in two little plastic baskets so it's easy to just slide out the basket when you are cooking and you can easily find what you are looking for, including the ones at the back. I would love to see an under the sink storage video. My cleaning cupboard is a mess because most of it is taken up by all the pipes for sink and dishwasher so most storage solutions don't fit. Some inspiration from you would be great 😀 x Juliane

Great job, for spices if you have the space I purchased some lazy Susan’s and also for bottles of oils etc also have them in my fridge they’re great one turn and you can see what you have x

Great job Shade. You make it look so easy. Fair play with drawers. Weird there were none. I have similar problem with spices so got plastic storage containers and can just take the two out to search. Keeping the Spicey ones in one and others mixed together. 😉

Just a suggestion bottles oil, ketchup etc perhaps use a lazy Susan doesn’t take up a lot of space and you can see everything. You have worked so hard you’re a star ❤

Having a new kitchen fitted over next few weeks (it's probably about a 1/5 of the size of yours 😭) so along with the storage jars and wham boxes I've already got this gave me some great ideas ..thank you...I went straight on Amazon to order plate stackers and the kitchen roll holder 😁 also found organizers for foil, baking paper and cling film while looking ....handy tip... after cleaning shelves I put a j cloth down under my tins etc to stop them marking shelves and to line the drawers

Wow what a change!! Those glass jars are too nice to not be out on display would look great on a shelf but thats a personal preference I know. I would add some colour or pattern to the kitchen too.

If you have lots of cooking items those pull-out turn table things (as I call them) are a waste of space because they take up a lot of space in the cupboard then limits your space because its actually quite narrow and shallow and cleaning it and corner of cupboard is utter headache! For me, the contraption is nothing more than an obstruction and cleaning headache. It may be useful for a disabled person to make things easier getting things in and out of the cupboard or someone who doesn't cook/bake and won't have much things but that's about it.

The only downside to the clear Asda containers are.. Not having the cooking instructions nor the expiry date plus there is ALWAYS extra stuff which can’t fit in. Gone back to original packaging.
The number of cleaning products and two cupboards are taken up . People say I'm a clean freak even in work, and my cleaning products are washing up liquid bleach and maybe a mould remover . Would it b better to put the cleaning products in the utility room. And knives and forks ect into the top drawer

I have added a couple of things to my amazon list from yours. My only issue is that storage jars aren't really big enough so you then have the storage jar and half a packet (eg rice) that you've got to then store elsewhere.

I’m still stunned that they used the drawer fronts as a door like 😂😂😂😂wait what mate why and took the handles just grab a pack of two for £7 from b&q 😂 or steal them from your utility cupboards glad you solved that issue shade shade shade my spice drawer changed my life if you decide to do jars and labels 😂 buy the black washable labels trust me on this lessons have been learned 😢😢😢I bought white ones in September it took one sprinkle of turmeric to ruin several in one go 😢if your jars are laying flat only buy the rectangular labels if the jars are standing up lids visible buy both the lid labels and jar labels and I believe you can make your own drawer spice rack 🎉 because your a boss but if you do buy them Amazon and measure the height and width and length of your drawer as for the bin 👀👀👀👀👀 I’ve bought expensive bins to match my kitchens 😂I’ve moved house five times but this is my forever home I recently bought a Joseph n Joseph mini food caddy that attaches to the wall then bought a motion sensor bin to match it then unashamedly painted my radiator to match them it moved me emotionally to a different level of adulthood I also bought pipe covers for the two cream pipes behind my ninja air fryer so they would be black everyone said ahhh that’s crazy boujie now it’s ermmmm that’s genius where can I buy that nothing you do is over the top 😂it’s bloody genius your a genius
Awesome job but my OCD is on high alert seeing all the sticky labels are on after you are done omg I have to to peel all of the labels off then wash everything before using them🙈🙊
