Guys ,we shouldn't be making fun of anyone's cooking. It takes alot of guts and effort to make a you tube video. That is how some people prepare it and they enjoy it.Good luck chef!

BloodCrow similar... crayfish have horns/antenna, lobster have claws... taste pretty much the same.

It's also known as a spiny lobster. So, you're right.

      That’s spiny lobster no crayfish

not all crayfish are born equal.... the painted crayfish or rock lobster from fropical areas look pretty but do not taste quite as good. These Southern rock lobsters (NZ tas vic) ot western rock lobsters (from WA) are by far tje superior tasting varieties. generally crayfish refers to freshwater with lobster and rock lobster being the basic salt varieties. Lobster having claws and rock lobster without claws.
They are all: Animalia, Anthropoda, crustacea, Malacostraca, Decapoda... with lobsters being: Achelata and crayfish and rock lobsters being: Astacidea

Are red swamp crayfish good to eat?
Red swamp crayfish are farmed extensively in the Southeastern United States and make up the vast majority of crayfish consumed worldwide.

Great video....but I don't think God made crayfish for food.
    Leviticus 11: 9 -12 NLT
9 “Of all the marine animals, these are ones you may use for food. You may eat anything from the water if it has both fins and scales, whether taken from salt water or from streams. 10 But you must never eat animals from the sea or from rivers that do not have both fins and scales. They are detestable to you. This applies both to little creatures that live in shallow water and to all creatures that live in deep water. 11 They will always be detestable to you. You must never eat their meat or even touch their dead bodies. 12 Any marine animal that does not have both fins and scales is detestable to you.

Garbage, humans have been eating shellfish and like for tens of thousands of years, long long before the time of your religion. It’s written in our DNA including yours bud.
