I think women have created this by treating all men who approach them like creeps, “Me-Too movement”, posting “Ickes” and personally insulting men who approach them on social media (TicToc) or making Harassment claims every time men compliment their outfits or ask them out.

It shouldn't be a surprise... women don't need to know or learn any particular skills or behaviors in order to have men want to date them, just be attractive and available... But men have to demonstrate value right from the beginning in many ways - so we as men have to end up having to working on ourselves a lot more than women do just to get dates and be able to attract the other sex.
Whenever people say that women have to know or learn skills or learn certain behaviors in order to attract men, have men want to date them, i get very annoyed, it just makes me laugh and cringe.

We men make it all too complicated, it's not that hard.
1. Women always stare at men they are interested in. Be aware when a girl stares at you more than once. By the second time you can already be quite certain she wants to talk to you.
2. Talk to her as soon as possible after you notice that. Even if you don't find her that pretty, still talk to her for the practice, either straight away or coffee date depending on the situation.
3. If you are still interested in her after talking to her (which won't always be the case), show it to her boldly and clearly.

You mentioned that you don't like being touched, and I get that, and there may also be reasons for that which we shall not get into here as it's a personal thing to you.
What I find as a guy is that if a female doesn't find you attractive and you show interest, they can be rather harsh and, in many cases, see a guy as creepy.
However, if a guy is attractive to the female, more times than not, they will allow him to get away with so much more and won't be seen as a creepy.
I do understand that there are some terrible people out there who do horrible and disgusting things, but I feel more care is needed as to how we see people because some things can really hurt others.
If someone is already having a tough life, someone saying that can sometimes be enough to push them over the edge.

Well it also depends on how attractive the woman is and how attractive she perceives herself to be. The more compliments a attractive women gets the less value they will have in her eyes while a woman that doesn't get compliments will perk up much faster at the same compliment. Most women are paranoid about safety and they will only at best brave a coffee date on the first date. It's not exactly the environment to foster desire and man/woman flirting. If women are hoping to find "the spark," yet they're only willing to restrict the date to a boring coffee shop, they shouldn't be surprised the spark isn't coming. Women need to learn from men. Us men understood long ago that if you play it safe you will never stand out and never get anywhere - this includes restricting yourself to a safe environment.
