I've seen first hand someone like Laura and there is no psychiatric help because they will never admit there is a problem. There is no breaking point of "it's all a lie I made it up" they just keep doubling down no matter what. The person I was involved with finally made a mistake and they took a plea deal of 19yrs.

We look for something deeper… when the truth is that they “feel” something, which they then feel is justified, because only their feelings matter. They don’t care who they hurt. If we don’t live in their reality- they lash out, because anything outside their made up reality hurts them.

Personality disorder isn't really an illness. They don't change, even with therapy. I think she has a mood disorder too, but the toxic predatory behavior is the PD.

Real doctors, prescriptions, and accept most medical insurances. I live in a rural area so it can be convenient for non-emergency like antibiotics for a bad tooth or I lost my inhaler. If Laura called a Teledoc service, they would immediately refer her to the nearest hospital or clinic. Especially with her history of “epilepsy” and “ovarian cancer”
Correct, especially considering this was an OBGYN issue which has the most litigation risk of all the medical specialties. Any teledoc would have told her to immediately seek an in-person exam.

The way her head looks and how she is holding her arms, I would bet it’s the app. I don’t see a dark line down her belly like most women get while pregnant
