How can I set it so that it stays at a fixed temperature all night?

Mine is registering the outside temperature. I don't see where it can register the inside temperature. So at night I wake up in a sweat.

Pull it off.. if it has batteries it’ll be on the back of the faceplate. Most likely it’ll be wired and you need to replace either the face plate or something is going on with your system. I had to pay hvac folks to tell me it was the faceplate
