Hmmm... Is the QuadComm as a duly created committee by the HOR (which is an equal of the SC) has violated or threatened to violate via unlawful act or omission? It should be incumbent upon the person asking the SC to list any and all definitive actions that violated or threatening to violate by unlawful acts. The reports here only say "grave abuse of discretion" and "usurping the investigative function" which are vague accusations bereft of details.

Not dinadamay. Damay talaga sila since her name's found on the signed documents. She played a role in a lease agreement with Chinese nationals tied to an illegal POGO. And the assets of Roque's company, Biancham increased from P125,000 in 2014 to P67.7 million in 2018. That's really strange if he really doesn't have anything to do with POGO.
