Thank you! I got this collar, but there's no indication in the directions how to put it into text mode. -_- Your video was WAY better than their instructions. Lol
The I instructions say… this product comes with prong covers. For your dogs comfort and safety, please ensure the prong covers are worn on the contact points before use. The prong covers can deliver static shock. Do you use it without the prong covers?
Bought this on Amazon for $39.98 Feb 22. Recharged it to full upon delivery. I hang a bark collar on the front door knob as dog rarely barks more than 5x/week when unusually loud noises outside. Just the tone is needed. Worked fine for 3 weeks then appeared to need recharge - did recharge, then did the test - seemed fine, but within minutes green flash stops - guess it turned itself off. Can restart it, but again turns itself off. Previous brand paid about $30 and lasted 2 years - worked flawlessly. Expected for the price this technology would be better. Pros -the tone alone is loud enough to startle dog to silence.
I use this one now every week when I take my dog to the park, it has really cut down on the parking while in the car and at the park. Just have it set to the audible and vibrate and he might try and bark once but that is it. works well for us.
@@joshkindy4826 I forgot and left it on all week and then went to do our once a week ride and walk to the park and it still had some charge on it. was low though. so if I just use it for that one morning and remember to turn it off I can go a LONG time before I have to charge it again. so pretty long lol
you would need to take them off if you are using the shock part. I suppose you can put them on if only using the vibrate and beep sound. I didn't have the covers on at all and only used the vibrate and beep
Unfortunately, this didn't work for our dog. I tested it and it worked but as soon as I put it on the dog, nothing. Tried each setting and still nothing. I took it off him and barked at it myself and it worked. Maybe his fur is too thick and his bark isn't loud enough.
The sensitivity is fine off the dog like you demonstrated , but terrible on the dog . I have tried with it normal, then tighter, and it takes many loud barks to activate and many times it will not activate at all and yes the sensitivity is all the way on 5. Very disappointed about that and notice you aren't showing it on the dog.
Agreed, this is my experience with this same exact collar as well. I thought the claims about it requiring the vibration from the vocal cords would be a game changer but it doesn't seem to be making any difference whatsoever. These bark collars are so cheap and seem to put more effort into marketing than they do the actual product development. It's frustrating!
Just wanted to comment to say that 5 is the least sensitive and 1 is the most sensitive! It seems a little backwards, but try on 1 and see if that makes a difference for you
I was refunded on Amazon with a gift card but the customer service keeps asking me to change my review and left a long email about how it would help her family. Not about to lie though, mine just didn't work and I wish I had been refunded back to my card...not with gift card. Super disappointed.
that is odd, I use it all the time! it works great and got my dog to stop barking at the dogs at the park, we don't leave the house without this being on. it works great. Maybe something is wrong with the one you have?
I wouldn't buy it anyway. It is voice activated. I want one that also uses vibrations of the dogs neck. Otherwise if kids or anyone is loud near your dog they get zapped to. I mean all he said in the video was "woof" and it went off.
This video is useless. Waste of time . The company should do better. You can’t even see some of the shots of the control panel. I think I’ll return this product

What was the previous brand you used?
Good Informative Video, I'd love to see a followup video after more testing.

@@ItstheDaveShow1 awesome. I bought one, should be here tomorrow. How long is the battery good for?

This was sooo helpful, thank you.
Thanks man
do you need the rubber prong covers on while the collar is around the dogs neck

@@99ANT I really think his fur is too thick and long. Added to that, he's small and his bark isn't very resonant.
Great video thank you!!!
Thanks for your video. Do you have a video on cameras for in and out of the house?
this is the only video I have for this, only put it on him when we went out and to the park. didn't get any videos of that sorry.
Can you silence the loud beep.? Only keep at vibrate & shock?
I’m looking at mine, and it doesn’t look like that’s an option. It’s tone, vibrate, tone and vibrate, or tone and vibrate and shock.

@@keysfromkelsey I realized that when I went back and looked at it. Haha, dyslexia for ya. But, I’ve got it all worked out. It works great for my dog!

I would like to know if they have a return policy to get my money back if it doesn't work.
buy it here and Amazon has a great return policy, mine worked great though. amzn.to/41vSf82

Are you guy who sale this product? Look like you are since not showing the action
Yeah don’t buy it. I got one and hasn’t worked once…

I just opened mine from the package and it doesn’t trigger with barking at all
