This popped up at the best time, was just told by my dr that I needed to lower my caffeine intake more or fine caffeine that release slowly in my body and match does that while coffee doesn't. An its less in caffeine then coffee, love matcha an now I can try these ways. Those sweetners look great as I just visited the site, so buying a few. Can't wait to try some of these creations of yours!
