Hi DJ. Watching you study the Japanese language makes me admire you. As a third generation Japanese removed from Japan, I can’t speak, read, or understand the Japanese language even though I went to Japanese school as a a kid (one of those after school programs for a hour or so a day). My vocabulary is probably limited to fifty words at most and I can count to ten….that’s it. I applaud and respect you and any foreigner who lives in Japan that take the time and makes the effort to learn the language. Well done DJ.
Thanks for watching! I am so happy you enjoy the videos. Japanese is really difficult and my progress is far from being able to converse fluently but I will try my best. Have you ever tried making conversation in Japanese?
@ Hi DJ. No I haven’t tried conversing in Japanese, even when I went to after school class, at least as far as I can remember. I know Japanese is a hard language to learn. In high school, there was three foreign languages to choose from. French, Japanese, and Spanish. I had heard that French and Japanese was hard so what did I take? Spanish of coarse! What did I remember? Nothing except being able to count to ten. Seems like a reoccurring theme with me and foreign language 😂. My sister took Japanese in college and to this day she says Japanese language is hard to learn, especially kanji. I give you credit for actually taking the time to studying the language. Thanks for sharing your life there. Take care.
So happy to see this, as we are still snowed in! Time spent learning is never wasted time. I enjoy learning new things every day. I read that is the best way to keep a sharp mind as you, well me 😂, age. Did you get by that wonderful bakery you usually go to when you're at your boyfriend's? Always looks delicious 😋 One thing I'm going to learn about right now is why the sugar I see being used in many Japanese vlogs looks so different from what we have here in the US!! Being someone who bakes, I'm very curious 😂😂😂 Have a good week ahead, and remember to be kind to yourself and proud of your accomplishments!!
Thank you so much! Snow is so nice to look at, but it can be dangerous. I still have a long way to go but I will be always grateful for the small accomplishments
We had ❄️ snow today here in Montreal, Canada 🇨🇦 but I don't mind because I love the winter and 🥶 weather. 😊😊 Your story😮 book looks cute and delightful. Happy New Year. I enjoy watching your videos. 😊❤❤ 8:

Actually he doesn’t want me to clean it. He wants me to relax at his place but I’m a person who likes cleaning at can’t stand the sight of something unorganized. He had worked for a couple of days at the hospital during the celebration of the new year. He usually does most of the things on his own. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Thank you for watching 😊

あなたのビデオが好きです。しかし、なぜあなたが彼氏の家を掃除することに固執するのか理解できません。彼ならそれができるよ。男らしさを奨励しないでください。
