Dude Will Roland’s interpretation of Jeremy seems like the classic Gen Z kid. With his friends he’s really cynical and uses sarcasm as a shield, but on the inside he’s as broken as the rest of us. I really feel like bmc has improved a lot and I seriously am in love with the new interpretations of the characters. I’m so proud of the actors for working their tails off and it really shows the effort they put into it! I love it! Also George Salazar is a q u e e n and we stan him

I love will’s vocals but his acting is phenomenal. Seeing him casted as the lead in a musical really shows that you don’t have to be equally skilled in the vocal and acting aspects to be a lead. It’s really refreshing to see acting talent as a priority over being able to sing hard harmonies. Yay.

Honestly, I have so much respect and admiration for this cast and crew and I'm so happy that they've made it so far, from Two River Theater all the way to Broadway. All of the charecters have become so defined and well written. I love Michael's selfie attempt with the backpacks and how all of the characters are so true to themselves that even when they're sitting singing "c-c-c'mon" their facial expression and movement are exactly what their character would do at that moment. The new vocals, lines, and the facts that the actors are so true to their roles and the way they portray their characters... this show could not be more perfect.

It’s so small, but Will’s “I don’t wanna be Clooney, no, no. I just wanna survive,” was outstanding. That was beautiful. I also liked that Will’s voice broke a bit during the more emotional bit. It’s so heartfelt. ❤️ George killed it as always. I’m so excited for this. :)

Jazz face it’s not really something he can improve, it’s just that connolly fits the part WAY better. he embodies jeremy and suits him so well, whereas roland just.. doesn’t. his voice is too mature, he doesn’t seem nerdy enough, someone more skinny/scrawny fits the part better, etc.

I love Roland's performance as Jeremy. He gives Jeremy so much emotion. He's just as good as Connolly.
Jazz face it’s not really something he can improve, it’s just that connolly fits the part WAY better. he embodies jeremy and suits him so well, whereas roland just.. doesn’t. his voice is too mature, he doesn’t seem nerdy enough, someone more skinny/scrawny fits the part better, etc.
Will’s voice crack at 7:52 is just killing me, I honestly relate to Jeremy in so many ways

-Chloe calling out to Brooke and then they sit next to each other on the bus

The guy who played Jeremy in the original production, Will Connolly, is 1.85 m tall (just about 6 feet) but Will Roland here is only 5’7” which makes the Tall-Ass line funnier because it shows how small Rich is.
