- Tobirama Senju has received quite an update compared to his previous counterparts in the Storm Series. This is by far his strongest form yet in my opinion and it really shows with his amazing neutral. He got way better combo routes, increased damage and a full screen grab that tracks the opponent pretty well. He is a well-rounded character and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him more often on more interesting team formations.

Tobirama has two primary jutsus in his arsenal. His first jutsu allows him to shoot down a water wall right in front him that causes the opponent to be in a bounced state on hit. You can easily confirm a dash after this jutsu or throw a tag right after it by cancelling out the last frames of the jutsu. This is a very good jutsu because it has the ability to also hit grounded opponents. This gives it even more usage and goes well together with his amazing grab. This way you are able to fully extend your combos even further!
His second jutsu lets him shoot out water dragons towards his opponent. On hit it causes the opponent to be in a grounded state and there is not much you can do after this. It is a pretty good ranged jutsu and it can keep your opponents in check. The best way to mix with this jutsu is by cancelling it and to use your grab when your opponent least suspects it.
Overall, Tobirama is a very strong unit in this game and can definitely take down some of the more stronger characters with his neutral. Check him out if you haven’t already!

Again, another character that is fun to play because of an infinite (and in case of tobirama he can continue his jutsu 1 and his grab and his grab is a fullscreen one), great video as always.
Yeah the infinites don't stop with most characters in this game😅. Luckily Tobirama has a pretty good one that can connect into his grab or jutsu🙏. True! The fact that you can combine both your grab and jutsu 1 together makes him a really strong character💪. Love dodging jutsus with his grab😂.

Sorry. I know these are a lot of comments, but I a noticed that you interchange between 3rd Raikage and Shino. Obviously shino for the tools and his jutsu, but raikage has unblockables which Tobirama loves. Which do you recommend?

Yeah I did! Was mostly doing that because two different teams were requested you know (yours and Deli his team). Hmmm that's a hard one. I like both of them for their different uses you know. One helps give you a lot of pressure and the other helps breaking guards whenever you are pressuring as well...
I'd have to say that Shino would be a better pick just for his second jutsu (the bugs under the ground). It helps keep opponents in a steady position for a cheeky grab you know.
Raikage is great to catch people off guard and you can also confirm Tobirama his first jutsu whenever you hit them with his piercing fingers...
Tbh it comes down to shich assist charges faster at this point🤣🤣... it's too hard to choose

Yeah the patch is great so far. You don't see the broken stuff as often and spam has been reduced a lot. (You will still see it though🤣). So far I am liking it and I can't wait to see what they will do next🙏

Whats your opinion on tobirama
This might be his greatest version yet compared to the other Storm games. If you can play great neutral you can definitely work around some of the more broken stuff of the game as well🙏. Combo routes and overall damage are good too and if you have the right NinjaT. you can easily dish out 50-60% damage with every combo🙌. His grab is pretty nice too, but wish the recovery frames were a bit faster on it. All in all he is a very good balanced character, but not necessarily broken to oblivion you know.

0:51. This game is so broken. That isshiki held on to his last sub and the combo get going on and on. Even after he used his last sub, his subs didnt come back. He lost one and a half hp in a single combo because his subs wont come back.
Who ever is the combat designer of storm connections should never make video games again.
Nothing makes sense in connections.
Guard breaks in 1 block string, subs dont regen, awakenings are so short, grabs deal 20% dmg into a launcher, unblockable full screen grabs/jutsu that lead to combos, visual noise that make it hard to seee etc, Its a whole broken mess
Yeah it's unfortunate😔. They kind of made it that there is a delay in the charge time now whenever you use a sub you know, so that you can't continuously spam it. Funny things is they actually made the recharge time faster and it takes about 10 seconds now instead of 15😅. The way subs work in this game is way different than the other Storm games ngl.
I do have to say that he/she did a great job with the combos🙏. Probably the best it's ever been in my opinion🙌.
The guard breaks are still pretty insane yeah😅. It doesn't even take a full combo nowadays to break it😭. My main complain is the sub button not working whenever I spam it😔. Sometimes it just doesn't respond to me even if I have 4 subs😭
They need to update Tobirama moveset....
