bruh you forgot to show a few things
1) pts tenten can do her jutsu in the air (ninja tool: blade of 1000 strikes)
2) pts rock lee’s awakened second jutsu
3) guy can do his jutsu in the air (full power attack)
Pts Lees has same Jutsu!
Also in air or on The ground they are literally the same

not all the jutsu graphics for characters were updated (i.e rasengan), even if they had 6-7 years between this game and storm 4.
yes for example PTS sasuke's chidori doesn't have the particle effect like others.
Disappointed that war Tobi has no teleportation technique, that was one of his main abilities.
Some Justus are non canon and some are just pathetic.
At least the masked man jutsu can serve a similar function.
Ngl i kinda wish all six paths of pain had individual characters by this point i mean considering it looks like pain has two individual jutsus he does then it should be easy to put the other paths like the animal path,preta path and the ashura path to have equally two individual jutsus

I mean nothing stops you from liking the game. Everyone is just disappointed with how lazy they are with the game. They removed the tilt moveset and changed it to a "2nd jutsu" which is just a marketing strategy.
