I think it was just someone who got lost in the cave just like the MC feared at the beginning. But they had been lost in the cave for so long that they degraded and even lost the ability to speak. A pretty horrifying fate 😮
@@Fable64 I was actually thinking this too that this maybe was a lost human or one of the last people from that cave dwelling society kinda reminded me of the falmer in a way makes me think if it’s correlated
