The "owner" of the hype house love how thomas ironically proved daisy right who said the hype house was like a dictatorship by uploading the video on the hype house channel where he was alone the entire video and he also tried to downplay daisy's involvement with the payment of the house trying to make it seem like daisy is lying but isn't true at all because daisy said what she paid and she even reimbursed them the money too which he showed in the video so daisy at the end of the day was still right

@Ravanique Walcott I don't think so. I believe what you say is basically the right thing to do, however, no contract was written and at this point, it's all just heresay. If there is very little to prove any of this happened, there may be no arguement whatsoever. They all have honestly put themselves in this hole and have very little chance to even have this fixed and no money to return or receive, as horrible as it is. They all have to figure this debacle out on their own as adults and not like children. I'm pretty sure Chase or whoever that guy is will not reimburse anything, even if it was the most humane deed someone can do.
Just to clarify, I don't know too much about the law, I just watch a lot of cop dramas and watched people play Ace Attorney. I can be wrong about everything

I feel like another thing to point out is after Daisy posted her video about hype house. The only other time she really mentioned it was her clubhouse tour video of which she then (from what I've seen) moved on. While Thomas went onto the completely defensive side making points that I personally feel mostly don't make any sense with receipts that just seemed strange and not all that transparent. I feel like yes there should've been a contract but at the same time Daisy is a co owner and deserves that title as well as her percentage. But all will be revealed if she is still co owner or not after the court case.
