You should actually get a much smoother, nicer finish with a sprayer than with a brush and roller. Assuming you use the right tip and technique. Especially if you use the Graco FFLP (Fine Finish Low Pressure) tips.
After washing windows for 30 years and considering joints I would prefer to and think it's healthier to walk a few steps back and forth than to raise your arm with a machine like that up and down :-) my two cents Cheers

Paint up and down, you won't have to move/walk too much.
