Once Cartoon Network went 24 hours the closedown was still used you would get the bouncing blocks for a few minutes then the next cartoon would begin the cartoons after 9pm were better

@@eleanorhogan8643 I can only remember from 9pm until 11pm Swat Kats The Addams Family(1992) Top Cat and Hong Kong Phooey but it depended on the year they cartoons I have told you were 1998/99
