Nice simplistic passing tone approach...easygoing into the diminished cord voicing...and thanks for that! Furthermore, getting outside the pentatonic stagnation in the Blues progession...brings in an element that offsets...the mundane. It wasn't complicated ...good job on that...it added the right colorful change to it...on the lV chord getting listeners attention..... well done! Again thanks for sharing.

Love these slurs! Tasty licks! They all have that kind of burst-out quality, where they put a cap on a phrase, reinforce the chord progression, and spring board you back.

Chris, Great Licks! I wish you would just spend an extra minute breaking each one down instead of playing it slower. I even tried slowing it down and 3/4 speed and its still difficult to pick up. Maybe even link the backing track you used...gotta make it easy for us lazy tubers! thanks. Bret

The light came on for me and I realize that those three lead into everything I can mix up on the rest of the scale on the 1-4-5 thank you Chris I think you wanted the light to come so you chose those Three licks... I can run whatever I want within the 145 off of those..... Very cool......I got it.... And I can do it while keeping the rhythm going... Yeah man that's Kirk.....

if you need tabs for these licks, you are even more in need of learning them without tabs. if you can't use your ears, just look on the video, you can see where he puts his fingers.

@@louiscyfer6944 who said it was for me to get better? I have other reasons beside maybe not everyone is at tht point yet and its just a nice gesture for the beginners. I am more than capable of figuring it out on my own but why take all tht time when I can look at a tab learn it and move on.
Yeah listen if you're going to teach a blues solo teach the whole thing not just the lick and I'm not a beginner but for the benefit of those whom are then teach all of it I can see where people just learning would be flustered with your video peace

the backing track is so loud and the bass is so overpowering that you can't hear the guitar lick over it.
if i turn up the sound that i can hear you talk, when the music kicks in it will blow the speakers. did you do this to prank people?

Always good practice to not rely on tabs! Train your ears and visualise the fretboard and the shapes. It’s much more beneficial in the long run! 👌🏻
He played them slightly different with every pass so I don't think tab would help anyway.
