The dynamic between Keith & Zach & Miles is so good - miles is so good at keeping the podcast organized and they all seem like they’re having so much fun

I would like new sounds on the sound board only if Miles decides to not memorize where any of them are so that he continues to select options that don't fit the mood or situation at all.

Immediately the vibe is immaculate. Ned's energy was so oppressive and content without him feels like the first deep breath on a crisp morning.
Mohammad Ali used to frequent the children's mental health hospital near where I grew up and was known for going and doing magic tricks for the kids that were in residential treatment so it killed me when Zach talked about the magic thumb.
Yeahhhh that's the stuff. Truly missed these "hanging out in a dorm, trying to convince the RA that smell is just incense" vibes. 🙌 🙌

I worked at the video game company Electronic Arts and one of the celebrities I was able to meet there was also Muhammed Ali, right around 2000. He did the exact same magic trick Zach described and then shadowboxed with a few of us. I have told this story many times and it was so cool to hear someone else have that same experience. I guess what I can add is that he didn't just do this for little kids.. we were all in our early 20s.

I knew exactly what Keith was referring to as soon as he started to describe the best sandwich in Seattle splitting into two establishments! It's Paseo that split into Paseo and Un Bien!
Yesss omg. I remember when I lived in Ballard ~2012 and saw a big ass line of people waiting to order at a hot pink shack by golden gardens and decided I needed to see what was at that line. Best decision ever. I was so sad when paseo had it's shutdown/ hiatus but was so happy when it returned. Un Bien really got the flavor right in copying the original recipe... Fremont not so much (at least back then, I haven't eaten at that location in several years after the re-open, maybe it's improved). Sodo has the same old flavor too so that's my go-to location since my in laws live in west Seattle. Paseo has such an interesting story lol I wonder if all 3 (counting un Bien) have different owners and recipes now?
I had skipped ahead, missed the part where he said it was in Seattle, and landed in the middle of him describing the sandwich. I immediately thought "that sounds like Paseo" and had to rewind to find out where this sandwich was from. I was very happy to hear the shoutout to them (even if he had forgotten the name.)

All my friends have mostly gotten married and are moving away, and at this point in life I wish for nothing more than to have friends that I can just hang out with and talk about whatever. Watching you guys makes me so happy, I hope to be able to make more friends once again, people who I'm as comfortable and happy around as you guys are with one another...

Keith, keep at least some of the spare tile for repairs. As someone who needs to repair their floor and has no spare, it’s really hard to find the exact flooring years later. And even if you can find it, there is more variation from lot to lot than you would think.

Okay, my boyfriend has always made fun of me for this. I love bellbottoms; they are the majority of pants in my closet. They do go to my ankle. Sometimes the flare starts at the knee and sometimes it starts at the mid calf. I have plain jean ones, jean ones with patterns, and orange corduroy ones. I will be buried in them, all of them.

The smell thing that Zack was talking about reminds me of this guy I knew that had this really distinct smell on his breath and sweat. Turns out he had diabetes and it was from that, and not everyone can even smell it.

Seattleite here- the sandwich Keith is talking about is from Un Bien or Paseo. Un Bien maintained the original employees and recipe, Paseo is still good but had some controversy back in the day.
