The wisest thought that is in everyone's minds today is to invest in different income flows that do not depend on the government, especially with the current economic crisis around the world.Retirement doesn't come with a specific requirement, people need to understand that having a right retirement plan is ideal and can help build a financial fortitude. Also, having a financial counsellor that will guide you through every process would be good, not just any expert but a very good one!
you can confirm her yourself on the internet, she works with authorized regulation and all. I'd say she really has an impressive background in investing
I love your content however, I believe you should make a correction to your statement about not being able to change from mileage or actual. If you choose mileage in your first year you can change to actual the next year, & back & forth.
2 Q: 1. For accelerated depreciation 2. Mileage reimbursement after accelerated depreciation I travel to another city for another job within my profession (but under the same LLC of mine) once a month for 1-2 wk which I consider as a business trip. If I buy a car and use it only to travel to another city 200 miles (one way) once a month, can I deduct the purchase and get a accelerated depreciation? I will keep an older car to commute within a city where I live. That new car will be parked the rest of the time until the new trip. Once I travel to another city 200 miles, can I reimburse the mileage? Why buy it? Main reason, for safety during a commute as roads are small bw those cities. I don’t feel safe in my existing car. Thank you
It sounds like you’re saying you can do Section 179 AND mileage. I’ve always been told that if you do Section 179, you can only do actual expenses (not mileage). Can you please clarify?
I thought you can add the mileage to and from your office as long as you meet certain requirements of a home office. like spending a certain amount of time per week and starting and ending your work days in your home office with organization work. Is this not correct?
Mark, I have an ice cream business with three locations. I am making $300,000 net. I need to do some thing with the money so I don’t pay massive taxes. Can you suggest the best ways to use some of this money to start my fourth location while limiting my tax liability?
Can I write off either the miles or actual in a 26 footer truck I rent weekly for hauling? The truck rental company doesn’t allow me to lease yet because I’m new to the hauling business.

How does depreciation recapture work once you sell a vehicle? How long should you own a luxury SUV after taking bonus depreciation of 80% in 2023?
