    Small taxes can affect investment decisions such as whether to choose tax-free municipal bonds over taxable bonds or do a Roth IRA conversion. I’ve been sitting on over $745K equity from a home sale and I want to invest on the stock market, how do I achieve this without being taxed twice?

      There’s more benefit to holding fixed-income assets in tax-deferred retirement accounts as opposed to taxable accounts. If you're not who understands strategies to invest in the market, seek a Financial advisor to guide you.

      Having an investment adviser is the best way to go about the stock market right now, especially for near retirees, I've been in touch with a coach for awhile now mostly and I made over $800K within a short time

       *@sofiakhalida8106* Who is the professional who is advising you, if you could perhaps tell us? As a novice investing in stocks without the correct direction of a professional, I have lost a lot of money.

      "Camille Alicia Garcia" is the coach that guides me, you probably might have come across her before I found her through a Newsweek report. She's quite known in her field, look-her up.

      I just looked up Camille online and researched her accreditation. She seem very proficient, I wrote her detailing my Fin-market goals and scheduled a call.

    Why do you suggest putting a vacation home inside an LLC inside the living trust ... versus having it owned directly by the trust? Is this just for privacy, i.e., disguise the ownership to creditors? Or is there another reason?

    If you have an EIN for your sole proprietorship or disregarded LLC, you do not have to use your SSN on Form W9 . Line one should be your individual name, Line 2 your entity name, and TIN should be your EIN. The purpose being not to have to disclose your SSN to the world.

    • @irinajen6379
      @irinajen6379 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely! W-9 does not have to have your ssn. Many places asks for your ssn, though. Doctors’, physical therapy, even chiropractors! I always have to talk and talk to them about ID theft. And they - Us? Never! That’s all protection they can give you.

    follow up question on your 2 member LLC with the S corp being the members. Is this because both of them are active (subject to self employment tax)? Or this is advice even for husband/wife were one is active the other passive?

    Thank you for always delivering awesome info! Maybe I've missed this so I apologize in advance if you've answered this somewhere already. If we (H/W) starting an LLC, must we set up the Trust first or can we wait until the business is actually making money? thank you

    Did not get the answer on the Trust. If is revocable becomes irrevocable when the owner/trustee dies? If the new trustee owns the Trust now, is he paying 20% capital gains? How is that? Isn't the Trusts passed to new trustees that ARE NOT "owners" per se, just managers, i.e. trustees, so why they have to pay any taxes?

    The roth profit sharing is likely going to go into box 1 and subject to withholding like the S Corp health insurance premiums is my thought. Only other way you could do it would be the plan sends a 1099-R like any other Roth Conversion and its a new code on the 1099-R. Really the only two ways it makes sense to me.

    can a trust own IUL and be beneficiary.. would it need to be irrevocable trust to make it inter generational and create more insurance policies for members of subsequent generations ad infinitum?

    QUESTION: I’m a service member and close to retirement but plan to put some money aside on two ETFs (JEPI/JEPQ) for the next 35yrs for my kids and grandchildren. Would it be wise to invest in these ETFs through a trust? No other assets will be available but two long term ETFs. Again Thank You!
