Very nice video, but unfortunatelly noone talled him that this kinda Turbine has trans- or super- sonic airprophile, not subsonic like most airplane wings/Ventilators. Please don't forget: it "should" spins faster than soundspeed (not subsonic airfoil) 🥰
And this should somehow work? I don't know. Why you don't upload turbine assembly with exact this wheel. What about compressor? It is much harder to make.
Yes..Somehow this works well...See at my channel for some videos.....kj66 Kampturbine...Offcourse the compressor is diffucult to make but its easy to buy.....Thnx for ur comment.
@@brambo4776 ok.. thanks for answer me, I'm from Colombia, I’m building a engine turbine too, but I have a problem with inconel material, I dont know where can I get it…Thanks
Good work. Can't you go up to 120,000 rpm with the inconel 713 wheel? 85,000 rpm is the reasonable limit for a stainless steel wheel, with around 3kg of thrust for a normal kj66. It's a real difficulty to find inconel without breaking the bank
@@laor100 Any compressor size 66m to 70mm with bore 6,5mm to 7mm will work...I have tryed many different types....They all work...But dont use smaller then 66mm....
Thnx....Offcoursd it need to be balanced!!.... Thats easy to do!...Only not showed in this video...(Bslancing between the fingers ,disk on the shaft mounted and spinning round u feel unbalans...putting a piece of tape on the on one of the blades its possible to find the unbalans....Thnx for reaction.
The fabrication of that turbine wheel was mighty impressive 👍👍
Thnx.....
Yep, indeed 😍
interesting method. obviously not as good as cnc machining but im sure that will still do the job
Thnx Mister Putin...Haha..
These original wheel are not cnc made but hot casted in a mal....
Very nicely done. I have made a similar turbine wheel, so I understand and appreciate the effort involved! 😄
Thnx....
Good job!!!!👍
Thnx
can you please tell me the tool used to bend the blades at 3:24?
Thats just a big steel bolt prepared on the lathe to do the bending job 3:24

I know it all.....This wheel works great and spins max. at 1700 rounds a second....fast enough....Thnx for comment.
@@brambo4776 Than ok. Thank you for very nice video :)
Which it was the measures the wheel?, for example the long the blades and thickness....Thanks
Turbine wheel made by drawings of kampsturbine....blades long 11mm.
@@brambo4776 Ok... Thank very much
@@holmansolis do u have drawings of turbine?
Yes i have......Do u have tools to build?
@@brambo4776 Yes all my tools are DIY..I do my self for example my metal lathe..Ha ha ha

@@brambo4776Great, thanks!
Great work dude.👍👍
Thnx my friend!
Excellent...where do you buy inconel material?..thanks
I got a big rond 70mm piece overhere....Donated 20years ago from a friend from russia.....
Where are u from?

Hi. How did you make the stator? The same method and then weld it together? Or something different?
Yes 2 rings with blades welded togethet......
@@brambo4776 thanks
what blade was used to make the curve?
No blade was used!! Curve is radius 12cm......Thnx for comment..
The bend angleof the blades is 37gr....The profile curve of the blades is radius 12cm....Thnx for comment.

Anther idea is u can get it from Hoover motor
Hi what is the grade of carbide tool you use to cut the turbine wheel
Use widia metal.......

It's a real difficulty to find inconel without breaking the bank
120.000 is possible with good balance and low exhaust temp.....
This used for rc plane
Yes. Rc planes
It's impossible to find inconel here and probably very expensive
A raw piece costs €80 euro
Sir, I'm having difficulties finding the compressor wheel for the kj 66 I was wondering what other, if any, wheel I can use?

U can buy on Aliexpress!.....
What do u need? Finish one?

Yeah that is pretty but by doing it free hand theres no consistency from one to the next. It will be unbalanced
