David, we have to agree. Tom was a very creative designer! Thanks for sharing and please subscribe if you haven't already, to help us continue our mission to inspire more modelers! -Doug!
Great build of a true classic model kit. I built one several years ago and if I can find another kit at a "reasonable" price I'd gladly build another one. Tom S.

I started building models in the 60's. I had them all. From the Red Baron to the Rommel Half track with the skeletons, The Silhouette, and the S'cool Bus too. Tanks, Navy ships and aircraft. Who could forget the Gillman, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Dracula, and Frankenstein models. Racing models. TV Tommy Ivo dragster. Richard Petty NASCAR Plymouth. My favorite was the SR 71 Blackbird spy plane, it was so cool. Unfortunately as kids are, my friends and I would take our least favorite models, sometimes favorite, and blow them up with firecrackers on the fourth of July. It was actually quite fun. Everyone brought their own models. We would buy cheap ones just for the occasion. Our parents would watch too.
FP, Thanks for bringing back memories of the good old days when kids could afford models just to blow them up! Thanks for sharing and please subscribe if you haven't already, to help us continue our mission to inspire more modelers! -Doug!
I've heard about this model kit for years but have never seen it built up. Tom Daniel was very creative and this is a very unique subject.
