This is similar to what I do but I use the poison affinity with the uchigatana with seppuku so it's poison and bleed buildup

why is rivers of blood viable when i get the same blood loss (50) with other katanas ( meteor blade ) and if i use sepuku as main ability ?

L2 or whatever button you use for the skill correct? It’s an ash of war so using L2 or whichever button you use depending on how you play should activate it.

Which is the best on left hand RoB or Nagakiba with aow sepuku???

This build is not optimized to it’s full potential
Dex and arcane should both be around 60 and use Nagakiba instead of uchigatana for better Dex scaling and range. Replace that strength heirloom with shard of Alexander for higher skill damage (Corpse Piler in this case)
Strength is not important on a dex weapon build so don’t make that mistake, focus on Dex and arcane
