Love the size of this new journal. It is truly lovely.
Nina, I am so glad we are doing scrap journals again this year. I have not made a journal because I have too many going now, so I will just use one or many of them. I think yours is wonderful and look forward to you doing the first page. Thanks, have a lovely week. :)
The paper towel gives such a cool texture under the rice paper. What a great idea.
Thanks Jean. It was a bit squishy without it 💕
Lovely, Nina. Especially like the kitchen towel idea to make the textures insides.
Thanks Lesley 💕
Yea for "use your scraps"!
The new journal is beautiful💕
I’m looking forward to it again 💕💕💕
Good morning nina, you made my day...another year of watching you make this journal with your scraps, I so much enjoyed it last year. Have a good week nina and see you next week, love lena
Good morning Lena. I had so many requests to do another Use Your Scraps series, but wanted to do something a bit different with it this year. I like the idea of doing quarterly journals, so we’ll see how that goes. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as last years series. Have a wonderful week 💕💕💕 x

your new journal is beautiful!! love the idea with the kitchen paper!!
Thank you 💕
Fancy using the paper towelettes as cover. Great idea here. I've used those 'baby wipes' too on a cover and it stiffens and gives strength. I love your final cover & saw how you did this. Very nice cover. Love your vintage wallpapers too. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you. I used a mixture of old painty baby wipes and painty kitchen towels for the larger journal I made last year and I agree the baby wipes give it strength and the texture is lovely too. Its also a great way of keeping the wipes out of landfill. Glad you enjoyed it 💕💕💕
Great little journal Nina. Love the kitchen paper idea-that stuff is so underrated as a crafting material! TFS 💕

Great tip using the hair elastic, the yellow goes really well with the bird on the front, love it!
I’m blown away by the response to this video and I’m looking forward to this series too and seeing everyone else’s ideas. I was so pleased with the hair elastic which came in a set from Poundland. Angel Policies & Copyright
There seems to be a lot of confusion following our recent Masterboard Prompt, especially regarding the use of stamped images and whether it is legal to use them in our Masterboards and then copy them for our own personal use.
Kylie and I have carried out an extensive amount of research regarding this, and it is our conclusion that if you scan or photocopy your Masterboard for your own PERSONAL use, even if you have stamped an image on it, you are NOT IN BREACH OF COPYRIGHT.
There are no terms of use on stamp packaging because the term ANGEL POLICY is not a legally recognised one. You as the buyer would have to agree to the terms and conditions PRIOR to the purchase of the stamp. No contract has been established between the copyright holder and the buyer and the Angel Policy is therefore NOT legally enforceable.
Many of the common stamps we all use have been created from images in the public domain, and these are not copyrightable and you are free to use them as you wish. A stamp can be copyrighted, however for the copyright to be granted, the image would have to be changed so significantly from one in the public domain (for example a butterfly or a flower) that it was not recognisable from the original image.
Please be clear that we would not condone copyright infringement and we ourselves would never knowingly do so. We are referring here to a very specific use and would always suggest that if anyone is unsure about their use then they look at Copyright Law.
If anyone requires any further clarification, there is a great site which contains a wealth of valuable Angel Policy and Copyright information if you are interested.

Lovely, as always. I have just finished making my own art journal. There is something very satisfying about making our own journals :) I look forward to seeing what you do in this journal this year. T x
Thanks so much T xx💕
This is a neat journal, I like the size, my large journal cover stands empty in my room as I don't know really where I'm going with it. x
Thanks Betty. I loved working in the large journal I made last year, but wanted to try something a bit different for this one 💕 x
