Problem with his ask is he is taking in or out risk like gambling. He should have gone for less equity with less valuation and should have planned to establish in state level then region level then international and national level simultaneously. He has the biggest advantage to sell this in a foreign market by taking like spiritual routes like yoga, meditation. It was great plan but poorly thought out.
