I'm very impressed with your freehand sawing :) P.s. for those dovetail gaps, I think you could maybe eliminate those by transfering the dovetails you've made already onto the wood you want to set them in to? I have no first hand experience, but thats what Paul Sellers always does haha. Nicely made, thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the compliment, yes the Mac mini cooling exhaust is at the back and it works well so far there's no overheat issue.
