i just made a really small box with joint like that but you cut a line in one side so it was easy to line up thats gunna help me alot next time , thanks
I can’t tell you enough how much I’m learning from you and your incredible channel. I want to be like you when I grow up. I was electrocuted at work 4 years ago, and still can’t use electricity for power tools. Mastering the use of hand tools is would be a wonderful thing. Being a metal fabricator for almost 45 years, I’m very experienced with hand tools for working with steel. The transition to woodworking will be a fun journey especially if you continue your TH-cam channel. Thank you so much
Good stuff. I can’t watch these videos too early in the morning or too late at night. I just get too relaxed. Although, falling asleep to the sound of a saw and chisel is not a terrible thing. Love your work…it’s precise and beautiful.
Such exquisitely made mitres they don't even need splines! What a beautiful box. If I'd got the box made there is NO WAY I would risk 'attacking' the top to give it that sumtious texture. The mark of someone who REALLY knows what he's doing. Thanks and keep them coming (please!).
Great craftsmanship! I made a wooden clothes pin not too long ago when a plastic one broke. I used your method of mounting the plane upsidedown. Thanks for passing that on.
Love your videos! so relaxing. - I am in the middle of making these and struggling with it being strong - realized that I made mine too thin - thanks for sharing the dementions 🙂
makes me nervous seeing you clean out the knife line with the chisel pointed at your other hand, I nearly killed myself doing that once. MMs away from cutting my wrist the "non attentions seeking" way. love your work! a big inspiration. im traveling down the way of hand tool only.. need to post more haha
An absolute true craftsman who has certainly honed his skills not only in his wood work but also his patient precise methodical approach to any piece he makes. A pleasure to watch and an honour to be able to look and learn. I have looked on line at your plane and believe it is possibly about £400 to buy ? Way out of my reach but, I would ask but one question 🤔 when you have finished plaining a piece of wood you sit the plane on the sole ? Do you not damage the iron edge at all? Me, I always tend to lay it on it's side. Thanks for sharing always a pleasure to watch, Thank you.
Very nice work! But, if you can make a dovetailed dovetail marking gauge, without a dovetail marking gauge, then you don’t need a dovetail marking gauge.
Hey Yuri, I have a question on the product you use on your hand plane. What’s the name of the product you use? I’d like to try it as I typically use a wax bar and would like to try the same product as use. It appears to be a liquid that’s applied with a sponge of sorts. Thank you and amazing videos, as always! Keep them coming friend.

Sempre più bravo. Complimenti!

Often, I rewatch GR's videos so I can better focus on the music. He should realize a GR Soundtrack.

😎

Very nice! What do you use to lubricate the planner? That' little can?
What kind of tape measure is that you use and where did you get it? Thanks!
Great work as usual, Yuri. 1:5 is a little steep, though?
Hey, man, I love your work.
Can I ask you what is the product you put on the plainer?
👋👍
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Do you have measurements or a plan? I would like to make my own! Thanks!
Very nice work!
But, if you can make a dovetailed dovetail marking gauge, without a dovetail marking gauge, then you don’t need a dovetail marking gauge.
Thats a nice job mate but too many adverts
What is that glue you melt I've never seen that
What sort of camera setup to you use for your videos? Really nice!
What kind of glue do you use?????
Thank you which wood is?

I like your hand tool videos. What kind of tape measure is that you use? Where did you get it? Keep up the good work!
I don't see what the big deal is.
With 60 or 70 board feet of walnut AND maple, I could EASILY knock one of these out by, let's say....2027.
Nice!
