    I would say it is time for an enclosure, exaust fan and possibly ' cookie rack ' for holding work off the base and letting you see the underside for if you are cutting the material. I am confident with how well you did your printer enclosure that you can do something similar and make a video on the pros and cons on some decisions.

    Hi. The company says the LU2-4LF(the one with air assist) is better at cutting and u showed us well. But how good is it at detailed engraving on materials like glass and ceramics. If u can pls make a video comparing the engraving quality with the SF version that wiuld be very helpful to me. I about to order the LU2-4LF one and i just want to know if it is good enough for detail engraving too. Thanks.

      Oh yeah engraving if phenomenal as well it is clean with no burning due to the air assist. It creates great detail as the air blows away the smoke

    Hi there - greetings from Germany, Europe. I just ordered my first Laser, a sculpfun S6 pro. I am going to open it up on Christmas ;). Wonder if I should have invested in the S9 though… is the S6 just slower an capable of the same things? Nice TH-cam channel, by the way! Keep rocking!

    • @TimberWood.Customs
      @TimberWood.Customs  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The S9 can cut deeper that’s the difference. Don’t worry, you ordered a great machine

    Hi, i just love your reviews, love em. I'm about to get my first laser. I wanna get the Sculpfun s6 pro or Ortur Laser Master 2. Can you recommend one please? and if you do, provide your amazon link. Thanks in advance

      I would definitely recommend the ortur pro because did its safety features. amzn.to/2TNnU82
      Later in the future if you feel that u want to start cutting thicker materials, you can order just the S6 or S9 laser head itself and then add it to the Ortur machine body and you’ll still have those safety features!
      Hope that helps! Thanks for watching and supporting the channel!

    Hi 👋 Another Good Video 👍 How would U compare the LU2-4 LF with added air assist to the Sculpfun S9 laser?

    • @TimberWood.Customs
      @TimberWood.Customs  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think they are very similar, air assist laser cut clean with less passes however the S9 allows you to do dealer cut.

      @@TimberWood.Customs I'm thinking of ordering the LM2 Pro with LF with added enclosure & z-axis lifter (as an upgrade to my LM2 20w) Now considering the xTool D1 & the Sculpfun S9 🤔 Ortur would be the cheapest option with free shipping/no tax delivered to the UK. I REALLY am struggling with the choice tho 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

    • @TimberWood.Customs
      @TimberWood.Customs  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@neilrisley6667 go with the ortur, if you ever want to cut thicker materials then you can just buy the laser head of the S9 and add it to the Ortur pro but the ortur pro is a safer machine and build very well. It’s my go to choice
