I slice brussel sprouts in half, toss them with extra virgin olive oi and coarse salt, then arrange them cut side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast in a 375F oven until tender, caramelized and few charred marks.....sooo good my son eats them out of a bowl like popcorn. Don't remember where I learned to do that - probably from you Jamie!

This is quite late to reply, yes frozen sprouts would work but I would let the sprouts defrost first. Frozen sprouts (as well as other frozen veg) release a lot of water once you cook them do it could get a bit wet of a mix rather than something crispy and roasted.
Love Brussel sprouts, love 'em a whole lot more now. Is Gennaro getting a lot more attention from the ladies, there seems to be some kind of competition going on.
