Hahaha... I remember this during fabrication of screw flights there in Atlas Fertilizer given by our Fabrication Supervisor, Sir Choi. Thank you Sir for showcasing this video. This is very useful in fabrication of screw conveyor flights.

Hello Paul and thanks for this nice video. Nevertheless I have a very crucial question to ask. Assuming that I have a conveyor shaft of 47 CM at hand. How can I deternime the number of circular sheets to use for making the spirral to fix on the shaft. Please give an answer to my concern. Regards
Based on your data, assuming conveyor shaft 47 cm in length is equal to 470 mm. Let's assume the screw flights or circular sheet pitch is 100 mm. To get the number of sheets needed, the length of 470 mm divided by pitch of 100 mm is equal to 4.7 screw flights or circular sheets. So kindly round it off to 5 screw flights/circular sheets you need to prepare. Hope my answer satisfies your inquiry. Thank you and best regards
Ngayon ay alam ko na paano ito gawin. Kasi sa una kong trabaho kasama ko ang leadman namin ay ganito ang binigay na cutting schedule of screw conveyor flights ng supervisor namin sa Atlas Fertilizer.
As a fabricator, this is useful to me before cutting the screw flights. thank you very much.

This is very good video that helps me in fabricating screw flights. Thank you so much I appreciated it much.
Sir. thank you for your very informative design video. I'm a fabricator this is very useful to me.
I appreciated much your great presentation. This will help me in fabrication of screw flights. Thank you
Thanks for your information. It's very useful during fabrication.
You're welcome
Thank you for these information, good video!
Very nice design presentation. I like it much.
Nice...very interesting topic
