I personally love Universal Clipboard because being able to copy from one device to the other is fantastic. I was drafting an email on my iPad and I went to my computer and just copy pasted it into my emails and was able to send it off. Probably one of my favorite features.
i went to the US for university and that was my excuse to give apple ecosystem a try. There's some stuff I did not know or did not remember back from 2016 when my house used to be apple only
I've been thinking about fully switching over to the Apple ecosystem once iphone 16 comes out later this year. Your vid definitely convinced me to go for it!
Hi Pete, thanks for another great vlog! I've only been using Apple iPhone 13 since Oct/Nov last year since having to change due to work and this vlog has convinced me Apple is better considering I used to be an Android fan!! Anyway, I wanted to ask.. Apple Maps Vs Waze - which is better and does Apple Maps do everything that Waze does as I use Carplay all the time. Thanks!
Hey Adam! Oh goood question Waze is great with the traffic integration. Apple has done some really great updates recently though! I think it comes down to personal preference now 😀
This the reason why I can't move out of the ecosystem, simply the best out there right now offered in the market. Nothing comes close, with such seamless integration between multiple devices. No need to be a fan boy or hater to see it as it is
Great video. Would love to see you do one on Samsung as i have just jumped to a Samsung s23 ultra and galaxy watch 4, but do miss my iphone 😢 but thought i would have a change

As a Samsung fanboy, I was just curious to know about each and everything about 🍎′s ′i′Ecosystem, While scrolling, TH-cam gave this video to me as a recommendation. Watched! Thank You sir for this video ❤️😊
Slick video Pete, well done, apple will be knocking your door to present the next new features, you missed the opportunity to add “just one more thing” to this video 😅
@@MarshallClicksPhotography but it's not the same ecosystem. Also, the video of the Samsung ecosystem will be better because it is a direct competitor of Apple.
Great video to put it all together like that. I've seen a few Apple ecosystem videos here and there on the web and they are all really nicely done. It would be awesome if you showed how the mixed Google/Android ecosystem plays: Nest, Android, ChromeOS I've used both ecosystems and the Nest/Android/ChroneOS ecosystem isn't talked about enough.
Cheers man! I haven't seen one run through everything like this one before - I was trying to find some as inspiration! hah. I'm keen to explore the others too
@@PeteMatheson Yea, you charged through everything in one video. Definitely not something I've seen before. Well done! If you do the unthinkable and make a video on the Google/Android ecosystem that's just as in-depth. I know if I definitely watch it, constantly refer back to it, and share it within my circle.
Although, I am not impressed with Apple's "hidden" ecosystem features, I did find your presentation pleasant. I will share this with my father and other iphone family members knowing they will enjoy the content.
Nice video. Content was very useful as I learned a few things. While this video is all Apple related, remember, you’re not supposed to switch back to Apple, stay with the S23 Ultra, like you said you would 😂
So… android (Samsung specifically) has most of these features plus some.. so what’s the REAL reason people “can’t” leave the apple ecosystem if it’s not ACTUALLY the ecosystem. Especially people outside the US who don’t rely so much on iMessage and FaceTime
Imagine the amount of data apple collects and processes about you and your family. Basically your whole life, it’s always seeing, listening, and recording….
Of all the dystopian futures that sci-fi ever warned us about, big tech knowing our very thoughts is one thing that we seem to be running towards with open arms more than anything else. Most of what you mention here (with such enthusiasm) sends a cold shiver down my spine. For instance, @ 18:58 "...it will suggest likely destinations by using information from your e-mail, your text messages, contacts, calendars, and just learning places you frequently visit." Terrifying. No other word for it. On the other hand, i've tried at least six Android phones and they were all garbage!
🤣 Whilst I don't disagree with you! I also know that most people will be happy to give up privacy for convenience. They won't say they will - but people are doing it every day and don't seem to care! 🤷🏼♂️ Also - give the S23 Ultra a try. First seriously not-garbage Android phone I've ever used.

AHH thank you so much! Enjoy 😊
This is the number 1 reason reason why I use Apple and why I believe it’s better than android. The second reason is the well optimized apps.
It’s definitely a pretty wide ecosystem! Unbeatable?
