ultra feels so much thicker on the wrist. titanium series 10 with the shining polished case looks much more like a jewellery and fits much better on the wrist, only without ultra's battery life and watch faces
Does anyone else not like the look of Apple Watches, regardless of their finish or size? My current running watch (Garmin forerunner 645) is on its last legs and I’m debating between a Garmin and an Apple Watch, but I can’t get over how toyish the Apple Watches look. Is it just me?
Getting a Series 7 2nd hand from my brother has made me a fan of these coming from an Android ecosystem recently. Im impressed at the info I get vs my old Galaxy Watch 3 (which Im sure the age of that didn't help). Definitely hoping to get life out of this and then maybe a 2nd hand Series 10 later on. I never buy much new these days and hardly ever up to date.
The pricey Hermeees is I guess an appropriate name for the apple watch, with its GPS, music, payments, health data and messaging. Hermes, in Greek mythology was a messenger of the gods. He was known for his speed and eloquence. Patron of travelers and merchants, Hermes was considered the protector of roads, travelers, and merchants. He was believed to guide travelers safely and ensure the success of trade. Inventor of the lyre, Hermes is credited with inventing the lyre, a stringed instrument that became a symbol of music and poetry.
@@PeteMathesonBut ultimately you settled for the smaller ones? I am really considering to go for a fitting in the store… still not sure which size to pick.
When I was looking to buy my first Apple Watch - just after the Series 8 and original Ultra were released - I went into my local Apple Store, and tried on all the colours, sizes and models. Definitely recommend doing this, as I thought I’d prefer a darker colour, but ended up getting a 41 Nike Series 7 in Starlight. Absolutely love it. Thanks for the content.
I am in the US and I am jealous of the health insurance and all the incentives.. I think here in the states they want us sick. How's living in the UK? 🤔
I think I might go for the 10 over the Ultra 2 but I wish they would add the loud alert that is only on the Ultra watches to the 10. Would be comforting to all women and some men to know that at the press of a button on your watch you can let others know that you feel or are at risk.
Planning to buy series 10 but confused between rubber band or the sport loop. So can you suggest which pair do i go with? And will it be going down more than $379 right now for black friday.
Personally I would, I think the improvements in battery / performance / additional features would be worth it - but totally depends on what you need out of the watch! LTE is great to just leave the phone behind and go for a run / swim etc
I hate Apple didn’t upgrade Ultra 2 hardwares. It would be so much easier to choose. I still picked Ultra 2 recently but felt lose out with newer tech😩😩
@@hakim_isa I'd assume it feels big on the wrist? Is it as big as people are saying? How comfortable are you with it? I'm in between the S10 and the Ultra 2..
Got the SE earlier this year, I didn't even consider the other models because it was the smallest and because I wasn't sold on the idea of a wrist-mounted device to begin with (been a hater of wrist watches since I was a kid). I've found it far more useful than I expected. The one gotcha that I wasn't aware of beforehand was that the SE's glass face gets scratched easily, apparently higher end models use sapphire.
Without getting off the chair, not including my apple watch, I can see 5 timepieces. Where do you need to tell the time so frequently it justifies getting strapped to your wrist that doesn't have a clock already?
What smart watch lasts longer than a few days? I would check the definition of a smart watch before answering, there’s a line between smartwatch and fitness bands which everyone keeps comparing the two.
THANK YOU. Apple does an unfortunate job of helping the customer understand what they might need with their watches. You made my decision easy. THIS IS A GREAT VIDEO and I am a new subscriber.
I‘ve sold my Ultra 2 and went for the Series 10 Hermès 42mm as I have small wrists. It looks very nice, but of course the battery life is a big difference as I was used to. Anyway as long as you can charge every day it‘s not a big deal.
HER-MEEZ? AIR-MEZZ? HERMZ? How would you pronounce Hermès?
ermeee
her-MEZZ
„AIR-MEZZ“ for sure! è is a short pronounced e.
@@Kasuga-san YES 👍, much better phonetic breakdown than I gave. Thank you 😊.

This is very simple:
Series 10: Fast, new features
Ultra 2: Rugged, long battery, very expensive
SE: Basic, budget-friendly.

The battery on the series 5 isn't great, but performance was still good! Maybe just swap the battery first? Glas you're enjoying it!

You ended up going with the 42mm size? or are getting it once the health insurance updates to the series 10.
Yeah I returned the 42 and waiting to re-buy them through insurance just to save some money!

How’s the battery 🔋 life on the SE
I think you lost me with, “You’ll have to charge the SE and 10 every day” :(
What was the band on the Apple Watch SE?
That was either the braided solo loop or the Nike sport loop 👍🏼
