The purpose of this film is to instruct Muay Thai enthusiasts from all over the world in all the aspects of Thai boxing techniques.
In this episode we will perform: Straight Knee, Curving Knee Strike, Step Up Knee Strike, Flying or Jumping Knee,

I've been to a muay thai school that teaches you to post and salute with your hands when you knee however I never see this being performed in any videos...is this incorrect? ie knee with the right while post with the left hand and salute with the right hand
