- Alex and i bravely ventured out on Black Friday to visit the grand opening on Frost's Cutlery's new Knife Shoppe in Chattanooga. The manager was nice enough to speak with me and assist with my new EDC purchase, a new Kershaw Blackout. Alex had decided he did not want to buy anything but ended up winning a knife as a door prize.

Glad to know they have Kershaw knives. I just lost my favorite Kershaw around Christmas that I had for over 20 years. I want another one to replace it.

I still say its the best business model for cutlery. I bet they sell tons. I broke down and bought some stuff from them not too long ago.
I agree, they have a lot of value based knife models and a few nice ones of you want them :)
Its also why I have been looking into making a outsourced overseas made line. For my own brand.
Yeah there almost isn't any point in making anything here in the U.S. anymore. I think American companies almost get laughed at anymore. Because many consumers don't want to pay the higher price.
Tony, before you buy another folder check utube bids on enlan/bee. Convinced me to try one. After I received the first one I immediately ordered 3 more.. You will get a $60.00 quality knife for under $20.00. I ordered from amazon, eBay is another good source. I have several expensive excellent quality folders. I carry my enlan daily.

Very cool store. Love knives. My next knife I want to buy is a Ka-Bar USMC Knife. Just like the look of them. I'm a non serrated edge guy too.
I've bought several Frost knives through Smoky Mountain Knives in Tenn.
Nice of them to allow you to film. Good promo for them....not like the sourpuss's at the knife show.... Sweet little Carambit that Alex won. That is cool to see....Kitchen cutlery. More stores should sell that so they get more of the average clientele in. They will learn that we knife lovers are not scary monsters. OOOHHH....that knife set at 5:48..(big blades with grey/black micarta handles) would go well in my kitchen.

Good video, ArtisanTony. I'm sure FrostCutlery is NOT going to give away cheap knives. I have a Kershaw knife, one that was recommended by the big-channel; He signs the Crickett rifles ArtisanTony gives away. That guy out west would have 4 hours of videos to ArtisanTony's 8½ minute video; 1-hour for the store visit & 1-hour for each knife in separate videos. It sounds like Alex is a saver which is a good quality to have.

Selling China made out of his lunchbox. His employees were real good on tv. They display the side frost cutlery USA but they rarely showed the side CHINA
sometimes you spot it Tom Odell use to show it all the time.
kids holding toy guns get shot everyday. My son nearly did, with him carrying a Crossman pellet pistol. He did get taken to jail until I went and got him.
He was 10yo, and had no ammo. just playing cod and rivers with a friend.
Moral of the story, never play cod and rivers.
