I have the Milwaukee Gen 4 M18 and LOVE it. It's the most powerful Stubby drill you can get plus Tri-led, 4 speeds and very lightweight. Very hard to find just walking in a store and won't be on display either. Easy to find on-line. All the guys at work are jealous!!

Used for a month, I had to drive a Sammie on metal and all of the sudden the drill stooped working and started cracking smoking even tho I casually used it and after a 4 hours it went back to normal but I still took it back to home depo
Then bought another one because its good, but for any drilling stick with the drill and not the impact

All my gear is Hitachi/HiKoki. And regardless of anything, the impact driver is my only problem, its so strong that if you over tighten it snaps bits, and screws. Have to exercise some restraint or forever redriving fasteners. Now that over the years I have invested $1000s in Hitachi Gear, I will be using it forever I think. Plus the 36v gear is pretty meaty.

Torque Test Channel recently released a video on the latest reliable impact driver currently available, guess which one it is.
Milwaukee has always pushed the limits on the performance of their tools and it looks like they have finally met the wall.

How do you identify? They keep isimg the same name/model number. Even glocks label the slide. I know you said in one video to look for 2 ball retension hex drive if they keep hiding the identity, screw them I aint playing their game.

Hey 👋, I'm running into some decent cash soon and as a solar power installer I really want to get my hands on a decent milwaukee set.
I live in south africa and I'm finding it impossible to source them.
Any tips or advice on where I can go or what company is best to get my hands on them.
Really like the one key feature due to high crime however it's not absolutely crucial.
Are these tools only available to Americans or is there a way I can get them out here?

A Milwaukee representative told me all the specs are the same in Gen4. They're just more compact, and that's it.
