i've never played dark souls, but i played witcher 3. if witcher 3 is this hard for him, dark souls must be a cakewalk apparently
Don't feel bad about not getting it right away. It's a lot to take in and takes reading and practice to understand the game mechanics. I got really frustrated early on, but eventually got it. There are just so many ways to do things, and then you have a bunch of people telling you what to do, that would be even more overwhelming. Plus playing on higher difficulty, you were screwed from the start. Of course this is a couple years too late, but what the hell. Enjoyed watching.
Why the hardest difficulty if it's your first time???
"she is like 20..." Yen is actually about 95 years old while geralt probably 100.
More like 400
Yen is older than Geralt
Asmongold: 200 IQ, -200 gamer score.
He never took the game serious from the start
REALLY looking forward to watching these videos of him playing this. Such a great video game.
The thing is he is a streamer. So he must put up a show. I bet if he plays it alone or with his girlfriend they would do every sidequest and every treasurehunt. When he arrives in Skellige the Devs put up alot of work for Novigrad and especially Skellige because it is so big with 100+ Treasurehunts. This game wants you to chill the fuck out, read, make money, make better weapons, horserace or just going through the wildness.
TW3 is one by far the best games since boaaah since games exist. This game takes you out of your world puts you up into Geralt and every decision will make a difference later. Love that game :)
This chat is savage. He's just learning, chill...
You know how lul has omegalul? Is there a similar version for pepega? I ask because I need one to properly describe this playthrough.
Omg that gwent game
Hurt me if he won northern leader bonus would add 1’card then boom instant win if he got a player card
How does he not know about potions and oils 3 hours in the game? XD cmon man
did he played more of it or finished the game?
That part of "master dandelion sounds likd a bad ass" made me laugh so hard 😂
ITS BEES FUCK DUDE "do ya like jazz?"
What’s with streamers and being dumb when streaming? I see myself as subhuman in IQ and I still figured out the basics of this game
I cant belive he put in the controller without questioning it at all but refuses to play souls with one too.
I couldn't get into Witcher 3 but I did play for a couple hours, I'd never played a Witcher game before so that probably affected my experience, tried the 2nd hardest difficultly because i want to get better at games, I was not ready lol. I think if I had just played on normal since it was my first time, I'd have enjoyed it more and kept playing
I also couldnt get into it, but thats because my pc cant run it :) It looks amazing, the story seems to be a good one, i like this old times with swords and stuff. Maybe you should be more persistent, every beginning is hard, but that will only make u feel good once u get the hang of it
The starting voice acting is Oscar worthy
29:50 did he just call little Ciri as an idiot just because she's whining for training with the dummy? i wonder if he would call his daughter an idiot too in real life if he had one. what a trash.
its a video game character so probably not
listening to chat waaaay too much, I kinda think witcher 3 is a game that you need to look more on the game than on the chat, figuring everything out for yourself makes the game funnier and also just start reading pls.. it's so sad when people like shroud and asmongold make this game look clunky
I agree, he should pay more attention to the game instead of reading the chat, that's why he's dying so much.
Dude played the game for the first time ever without any knowledge of the previous games, just play on easy because you don't even know what signs oils and potions are, not to mention using them.
my guy having fun doing everything except what he has to do lol, loved it.
58:50 one of the most powerful things sits there god everytime i do a newgame/newgame+ i always have to smile when i see him
"Wait he's healing?!" - xd pure joy
Wish I could forget this game and play it over.
How do I move how do I move how do I move how do I heal how do I heal how do I heal how do I heal what happened to my sword?
part 5 coming 2030..
I watched Conan O'Brien trying to play this game and now I came here. Did not expect that Asmon would have much more trouble with killing the ghouls than Conan
play with with a controller not a key board and mouse first problem lmao
Ah, Jarald Rivera - the infamous Witchman
He must have one of the worst chats I've ever seen
Bad idea to play on the hardest difficulty without any previous experience with this franchise
I did and it was easy as shit by the end. The game is a faceroll on Deathmarch.
@@s0lid_sno0ks oh well maybe its easier than the previous games. I know witcher 2 is brutal
@@s0lid_sno0ks death March when the game first came out versus now are two totally different experiences. They rebalanced a lot of it.
Hahahah aha i knew he would have trouble with those ghouls.. Honestly it's one of the hardest fights in the game if you start on deathmarch with no knowledge of the game!
does he ever complete it ?
Why isn't he using a controller? It's so much more comfortable
As someone who first played with a controller I disagree.
v sync is meant to match the game to a tv or monitors refresh rate better for some of my games its needed other games its not needed
They are both "Gamers" but don't know what vSync is...Rly Vsync?
This game is not for asmon, he refuses to learn anything, doesn't read stuff and is not paying attention! also rushing through this for no reason its a story game, you need to take your time for it!
Moron listening to the chat more than to the actual game. Really strong A.D.D.
He plays it the first time and starts on Deathmarch difficulty... of course it's horribly hard and confusing... that's for those who mastered the combat system and game mechanics like potions, runes, oils etc
No it's not. It's for people who are even semi-decent at gaming. DM was my first run of the series and it was too easy.
not really. Death March is just dodging, Quen, and Gourmet with a few signs and potions to make the combat interesting. It might take 2 minutes to kill a Golum, but it gets the job done.
I really do appreciate you do the full vods. It’s super simple and easy to watch and the other TH-camrw on admin just don’t do that
I purposely havent played this since it came out so i can forget it and experience it again
1:11:44
*Me, watching this after the Heard-Depp trial just finished:* I don't know about that...
this clown cant focus on Witcher 3. We really think he can really handle Classic WoW? "To complicated, I can't do this, there's like so much in the game to take in." Poor guy.
like asmon literally almost after every dialog option looks in the chat for an advice what better to pick, like dude wtf
it's you are one who plays not the chat
i dont usually watching this guy but when i do i cant stop laughing dunno why
Just found out about this video after Cyberpunk gameplay, I thought he never play these type of game years ago.
Is this another Asmon's META mind game or he is utterly useless for real. All you have to do is listen, read and pay 5% of attention.
If it was MMORPG and as a guild members we saw someone (even on stream) perform so poorly we would kick him out of the guild. This is embrrassing.
This guy plays video games for a living and couldn't 'get' the game, plus he put it on hardest possible difficulty, like streamers love to do because they don't really want to have fun with a new game after all.
I know this stream is four years old but thank god Asmon's content is not as obnoxious as these vids these days. Wouldn't have joined this community otherwise.
It's hilarious to watch someone so bad at video games xD Thank you Asmongold!
fuck here I go again playing this game for the n-th time
How many people were watching asmon play Witcher? Was it good for his stream? Will he some time continue playing it?
jesus christ mann look at his cards he had one left, and he passed you only needed to place the dwarf archer
Who's here after the Witcher 4 reveal / Ciri nonsense?
I was waiting for this day to come
I cant believe I spend almost 3hrs to watch a man crashed by game.
Witcher wasn't hard like u think, but u just stopped thinking and keep asking chat room why in the battle.
Give my times back.
