I'll have to say... this is brilliant! Everything from tuning each horn to heating each funnel to form a perfect bell. While viewing this presentation my thoughts were man can accomplish anything if provided an environment and resources to demonstrate their talent. Thanks for sharing this information with me and the rest of the world.

I never knew anybody would be so serious about building horns... 😂🤣
Great job though, very well designed & explained. 👍
You guys should build a small organ... 🤔

Very impressive guys, I love the attention to detail and how you strive to keep it accurate to the real horns. Keep up the great work and I look forward to your next videos.

Thanks Again for sharing! If the compression ratio of the foam isn't right, what happens? No tone at all,or way out of tune, etc.?Do you cut complete circles out of the foam like a donut,or do you use a strip and butt the ends and glue?I guess I missed that piece of info, even after several viewings...........Can you give a brand name/description/part numbers you used for the funnels and the foam?Don't think I'll need them for the PVC parts.....I'd like to get the same exact products you used to avoid adding more errors I may encounter, lol.God Bless!

Not a bad video. People can get a general idea as to what is going on. However, some constructive criticism, if you don't mind: If you are trying to do an instructional video that will allow someone to duplicate your work, you definitely need to do the following: 1. Provide a detailed listing of all pieces needed and a complete description of each piece including dimensions, both diameter and length for the pipes, quantities of each piece, etc. All information needed to describe the pieces accurately plus the quantities used: i.e. quantity (4)-1 1/4" PVC male adapter, qty (5)-1 1/4" PVC pipe x 12" long, etc., thread size and description of brass fittings, i.e. qty (10)-3/8 MPT x 1/4 hose barb. You get the idea. Describe how you made the holder. 2. Equally important is to SLOW down the camera work. You say "here's what this looks like", then we don't get to see it cause you're going 75 miles per hour. Slow and deliberate would be extremely helpful. All you have to do is play the video to someone you know that doesn't know anything at all about this stuff and then ask them is they can duplicate it from your video. If they say they can, I would be very surprised. 3. How about a step by step instruction list? Make it idiot proof. Now, you have to assume that anyone who is going to try this has some skills with tools. That, I believe, is a given. So, you don't have to explain how to drill a hole, or apply PVC primer and cement or cut a pipe to length. But do show for example the finished dimensions of the adapters that you cut down. Show the starting dimension. Show the finished dimension. If these suggestions were implemented, you would probably get a lot more hits and likes and people who would actually try to make the product which you are trying to show people how to make!
Anyway, that's my 2 cents worth. Just trying to give constructive criticism.
Thanks for your efforts. Looking forward to future videos from you. Dave

Watch their other vids, they explain how to build. The age of TH-cam and people are still dumb or lazy, can't bother to research the other vids, smh.
