Purchased both oils and Castor oil as a carrier. Did the treatment exactly as explained the initial ever so slight tingling actually felt nice & almost can I say soothing. Wrapped my hair & slept with the treatment on. Got to say I have tried some very expensive conditioning treatments but none have had the result that this little prescription of yours gave me. My 72 year old hair feels fabulous & this is going to become a once a week treat to myself. Thank you, seriously impressed
Tammy, you are absolutely a beautiful person and your hair is so amazing. When you were parting your hair and putting on the oil, I noticed that you had a lot of beautiful grey/white hair underneath. I could totally envision you with long, beautiful, healthy grey/white hair. You would be such an amazing ambassador for promoting ‘ageless beauties’ getting off the colouring roller coaster. I’m totally going to try the scalp treatment, I’ve noticed that after menopause my hair really thinned out and I’ve been trying to find something natural to try. Thank you so much for this video, you are such a pleasure to watch. BTW I’m going to be 60 in September and my hair is almost totally grey/white and I love the colour of it. Hope you and Lou are well and safe during this pandemic, such a strange year. 💖
I am 76 years old, platinum white hair...no color on it...its natural since I was 45. I was taking a medication for rheumatoid arthritis that caused my super thick hair to thin out majorly so now I'm off that med and I am going g to try this. Thank you Tammy BTW, I love your hair that long. Mine has been growing 2 years and is past my shoulders. Who says we cant wear our hair super long after 60??? Poo on them!
Just found you and I already love you 💕 I turned 53 on June 11 and I decided to turn over a new beautiful leaf instead of letting fugly thoughts beat me down! I have waist length healthy hair but I woke up yesterday realizing that I have totally ignored myself for way too long since this COVID19 began. In March I took on the very full time job of caring for our 4 grandchildren while my adult children work. It is a totally exhausting labor of love. I am blessed to be in a position financially that I am available to be a caregiver and help raise my babies babies 🥳🙏🌈, but I know I’ve been neglecting myself! I cannot afford a makeover so I’m trusting you to be my beauty mentor because well, you absolutely radiate beauty and for that I thank you by becoming a new subbie.
Oh Tammy thank you for this series you put together!! So helpful!! You didn't just talk about it, which would still help, but the fact that you demonstrate everything is amazing!! You went through so much time and effort and it is truly appreciated!! Thank you!! ❤️
Tammy I have been loving your videos!!!honestly, I have watched you for many years, you are a few years younger than me. You inspire me!!!!I started “loving” myself after 60 years of life! I never felt I was worth time, energy, or money! Thank you for changing my attitude! You are a beautiful soul.
Thanks so much for this! I'm 56 with long hair (also the most complimented thing on me!) and slowly found my way to oils as a cleaner more economical choice. I use a combination of sweet almond, castor and avocado oils on the length of my hair (as much as possible on the ends) and ideally put it up and wash it some hours later. But I have found that even if I'm rushed or forget and just apply my mixture just before stepping in the shower - I still get a wonderful result. So for those who don't want, or can't, leave a treatment in for hours, definitely try a few minutes if that's all you have. I cannot use essential oils on my sensitive scalp but I have been using a mix of apple cider vinegar (Bragg's) and aloe vera inner fillet juice (1 part vinegar to 3 parts aloe) in a repurposed spray bottle and spray that on my scalp and massage in before applying the oils. I have also just started using an Aveda exfoliating scalp brush in between washes and have noticed some increased hair growth as well as a much healthier scalp. Thank you so much for sharing your treatment "recipes" and thank you for the inspiration of a mature woman who chooses to wear her beautiful hair long! Carolyn
I can't tell you how much I need this. I am using Nioxin and I feel like I want to ease off of it. OK, so the castor oil is being used as a carrier oil. lolol at a nurse taking better blood pressure than the doc. Your hair is really beautiful and I hear so many women tell me you are their go to hair person, as am I. I really loved this and will save it and be referring back to it often. Thanks so much, Tammy. Love, Melissa
You have beautiful hair Melissa but your heart ❤️ ♥️!! Thank you for your very kind words...You may also want to look into Pumpkin seed oil...I know gluten is an issue for you!!
I started using Nioxin for thinning hair. It made my hair fall out quicker. I've given up on it and the rate of loss has slowed down slightly. I have since discovered I have thyroid (underactive) issues and so the nioxin wouldn't have helped anyway. But I didn't expect it to make the hair fall out. When I checked it up lots of others have had the same issue. Pack in the nioxin girl. Castor oil is great to strengthen and thicken. I'd go with tammy's tips instead tbh.
@@bluecurlygirl I've been using the Nioxin Shampoo and Conditioner No.1 for over a year now, and I haven't had any issues with hair fall out (other than normal). I don't use any other Nioxin treatments, only the shampoo and conditioner, and I really do like them. As a mater of fact, I just repurchased another set of the 1 litre bottles. It works really well for my fine hair, and I find the conditioner to be very good compared to others I've tried. I'm sorry it didn't work for you.
So agree with you on everything, Tammy! I have watched you for all your years on TH-cam....you are always right on target. I cannot go more than 1.5 days without washing my hair! Thank you so much for all your wonderful knowledge! I do my skin masks, hair masks, beauty tools all while watching you and others! Two birds with one stone! 😀
Absolutely need a healthy scalp. Once hair is beyond the scalp it’s dead. You’re so right about many things. Regular hair trims will make hair look much healthier. Your information is always appreciated. Bisous, Lucy
Thank you for saying that the scalp needs care, which includes washing it often (even daily). I have tried to convince everyone I know that a clean hair follicle (a suffocated follicle 😃) prevents it from shedding so often!!! Love your channel. I am 53 and follow your advice.
I’m with u, Tammy....I wash my hair every day as well. I sorta can’t understand how the skin on our head doesn’t need to be cleaned every day but all of our other skin does. But...oh well, u do u, people. Great videos, Tammy! Thx so much!
If I wash everyday and then skip a day, my scalp gets oily quickly. It gets used to being washed less and evens out the oil production, which I think makes my hair healthier, but to each their own.
It's bad for your hair to wash every single day because the oils on our hair are necessary and to wash them away every day is bad however do what works for you! I wash my hair once a week and my hair loves it! I don't use any products and I use only sulfate free shampoo/conditioner. I also use henna for hair dye to cover grays (I'm 34 and prematurely graying). It does wonders for my hair as well!
My stylist told me NOT to wash my hair every day. Now if I exercise or feel it's gotten sweaty during the day, then yes, I will -- especially in the summer here in Texas. My youngest daughter washes hers every day because of her oil. Mine is very dry. Not sure if that makes a difference or not. But I wash it every other day and sometimes every two days in the winter. Just depends.
“If you want to achieve something you need to put effort in it”.... thank you Tammy, I love your straight forward, down to earth, authenticity 🥰👌🤗 and I looooooove your sense of humor. You are as beautiful in the inside as you are on the outside 😉😊
I just wanted to say that I happen to be quite jealous of your beautiful, thick long hair. I agree with you that if you want to keep your hair long, then you can and should. I have no idea where people came up with the silliness that once a woman reaches a certain age she has to cut her hair. I’m over 40 and I have long hair too! I intend to keep it as well. If you want to cut your hair, then do it, if you don’t, then don’t. Thank you for this content.
This was awesome advice! I'm turning 52 the 19th of this month. I'm going to order it all and get started. Your hair is GEORGOUS!!! My mother is 79 yrs old and has it down to the middle of her back and she is blond and beautiful like you and my father LOVES her healthy long hair! Thanks for sharing! XOXO
Tammy, you are the high priestess of hair..your hair is glorious and your advice is spot-on. I have always had long hair and when I was a little girl my grandmother sat me down and gave me my first hot oil treatment. She used a cottonball saturated with warm olive oil and told me it was good for my hair and would make my hair shine. Over the years whenever my hair is having a problem or stressed I always reach for the warm olive oil treatment...it really works! ..Love you my long hair sister..Liz ❤️
I just recently found your channel & Im loving it. It's great to hear tips for some self love. On a serious note, you're right - I've- been making everyone else a priority & Inerd to focus some attention on myself. I used to be a strong believer in doing just this & then we lost our adult son a 14 mos ago & I have been in a funk to say the least. I'm your age & I have got to find my way back to a bit of little joy & you are inspiring me. Thank you! 💗
Tammy, I just want to thank you for making this video. I started losing more hair about five years ago. I am really thin on top now and I have tried just about every supplement and shampoo out there. I never knew that pumpkin seed oil was a natural dht blocker. I never wanted to use chemicals on my head, after all, my brain lives in there! I am going to give this a try and see what happens. I know there are zero promises with this, I just really appreciate your taking the time to go over this so thoroughly. I've got the ingredients all in my cart and ready to go! Thanks again Tammy!! xo
In addition to Tammy's treatments, I saw Dr Youn's channel has a video on thinning hair. He suggests a natural supplement, "Nutrafol". It might be helpful. Best wishes to you.
The best thing I did for my fine thinning hair was to stop coloring my hair. I always had it professionally colored, but the difference in my hair health and thickness since I quit coloring is remarkable and I get a lot less breakage. It took more than two years but now I have a nice short bob of healthy, shiny hair. I love it. Had I known it would look this good, I would have quit coloring a long time ago. Growing it out was really terrible, but I went cold turkey and am glad I did. Can’t wait to try some of your suggestions now! I’ve used the Lanza Healing Moisture shampoo and conditioner ever since you recommended it many years back.
My hair is thinning too and I've been thinking about stopping with the colour to see if it helps. Thank you, your comment has given me the push I needed to bite the bullet and do it.
may i ask your age? just a ballpark. i believe i have been getting the wrong info from my hair colorist/stylist. she has veered me away from several things i have read on the internet, and i am starting to doubt her veracity. 7/17 i had a very serious neck surgery. my hair and scalp r so dry. my teeth r starting to bother me from dry mouth, but i have taken care of that. she tells me this is temporary, she has been telling me this for a while now. i am 78, i have been led to believe by this woman that thin hair is part of the aging process. since i have many friends who do not have thinning hair, i know this is false.
Used Sweet Almond Oil once and it made my hair shed like crazy. You're right about genetics. I am almost 70 and no gray. And no reading glasses, yet. Have lots of other problems. LOL
You were my inspiration to grow my hair long. Can you imagine, a 74 year old (2 years ago) launching on a journey to have long hair? I've had fine short hair since the days of Dorothy Hammil cuts. So I realy had no idea how to maintain healthy long hair. I don't have your density but enjoy the versatility that longer styles offer. So thank you for giving me the courage to try something new and how to care for it.
I will be doing this exact mask on my long hair. Thanks so much Tammy! You're the best and not only is your hair a good feature, but your overall beauty is. xo
Hi Tammy I recently watched a few of your videos and you got me hooked . Your a beautiful woman inside and out and very knowledgeable . I’m 54 and our lives are very similar . I look forward to your next videos . Sending you lots of love and positive energy ! Your friend from Canada !
Best hair of my life would be YOURS!! ❤️ Actually, I need to edit this to say, I am blessed to have beautiful hair. It's thick and long. But the color gives me fits. I had dark brown hair all my life, and now, my gray hair is not really gray, but absolute WHITE! I have a lot of white hair now, but it really is two extremes when it comes to color... so very hard to color and keep the roots in check. The white doesn't like to take any color, and the dark tends to lighten VERY warm - orange. Bah, no fun! But I'm coping, so no complaints!☺️
Thank you for this Tammy, your hair is beautiful and I am really trying at 67 to keep my hair. With medication it has really taking a beating. Have a wonderful day❤️
Love you! I will try this as I’m loosing hair and it’s depressing. I’m 61 and have naturally fine hair so this is worth a try. Thank you for all your time and info!
Loved this, Tammy! My hair has always been so thick, but it's starting to thin around the front! I am going to try the pumpkin seed oil with the castor oil and rosemary! Thanks for sharing!
I so glad I found your videos! I am 63 and have hitchy scalp for such a long time! I listed the products and will be going to buy them this afternoon! We were born with our ups and downs. I was born with red hair and never died my hair. My grey hair leans towards blonde-ish. I have to keep my hair short but hoping to be able to let them grow now! Thank you a lot! By the way, I am French Canadian, so please ignore my English!
This really is so helpful. I got some oil a while ago and then froze at how much or how to do this. Its in my drawer. I need to get it out and take care of myself. Thank you for being such a good teacher!
Thank you!! Wish I would have discovered you six weeks ago . . . oh well my hair grows quickly and now it can grow long healthy now without the massive tangles.
Between peri menopause and hypothyroid my hair was thinning badly, the only thing that really stopped the probes for me was buying a laser comb specifically made for thinning hair. The one I use is called HairMax. Made the biggest difference for me. For itching and flaking I use an oil cleanser once a week or the Ordinary’s 7% glycolic toner on my scalp once a week to clean and exfoliate my scalp, and that really helped with those issues.
Elaine Humphrey it’s been 2 years so I don’t remember that well, but I think I saw the decrease in hair in the shower pretty quickly. It took a really long time to tell if my hair was actually getting thicker, as obviously the growing out process takes a long time. 2+ years later I can definitely say my hair is thicker.is it the hair of my youth? Not even close, and the hairs that have grown back are thinner than they used to be, but I think my hair looks pretty good now, and that’s what matters.
You are so right, Tammy. I have been using masks, oils, keratin treatments, leave ins, really good shampoos and conditioners and it really has paid off. My hair seems to get thicker and I am complemented all the time.
Dear hair guru 🙌🏻 ☺️ I am going to accept your challenge! Because EVERY hair recommendation you’ve given that I’ve purchased has worked. Also, because I stopped getting my keratin treatments which were $250.00 every 5 weeks 😳and I’m troubled by how bad my actual hair texture is 😖 so I did this routine Tuesday and I’m happily shocked ALREADY with the results. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 All I had on hand was plain caster oil, pure Argan, and jojoba for my scalp massage and olive oil on the rest. Today I’m ordering the following from your links; geranium, rosemary, coconut, & black castor oil. I’m excited to do this weekly because it wasn’t hard at all! I’m one of those women who WILL take time on my personal care ESPECIALLY when my efforts pay off! I love and appreciate you SO MUCH! ❤️🤗
This is my once a week treatment, for my scalp and hair, I was blessed with great hair and at 63 its wonderful albeit having thinned some, I do a mixture of 7 kids of oils and wrap my hair overnight in double caps and hubs doesn't know I'm doing this, for Ill wear a pretty hair wrap over it. Next day..... wow thick lush soft hair. Thank you for reminding us women that we are worth it and we need to continue to put us first. I so appreciate you! Can wait to try your vitamin C concoction! Will let you know how it goes!! xoxo Talia
Hi Tammy!! Just wanted to thank you for all your content!! I follow your recommendations and have had wonderful experience!! Looking forward to see how these hair treatments work for me!!🤗 You mentioned that some followers wrote ugly messages to you in a very personal level and for that I’m soo sorry you had to read that!! People can’t stand others success and happiness🤗🤗🤗. Enjoy life!!
I love your videos! I don’t comment often but I just got my Olivia detangle brush, keratherapy conditioner, shampoo, and scalp cleaning brush. I love them all. I just sent a brush to my granddaughters. This is the only brush I found to work. I also used the shampoo, conditioner and scalp cleaning brush. I love them, and I think I’m going to love them. Thank you!!
This video could not come at a better time and I thank you. I am 46 and have noticed thinning at the top of my scalp also in the shower a lot of hair comes out. I have not been washing my hair daily because every hair dresser says says that my hair is so dry not to ,however, you made perfect sense why wouldn't I? I wash my face every day. That was my aha moment. You missed your calling, you are a wonderful teacher! You explain everything so well and I love your videos! Ty❤ btw getting blood work done to make sure thinning is not hormonal or something else.
Good luck with the blood work. I think we know when our hair has to be washed...if we are using good products...without sulfates...it should be ok. I have washed my hair every single day of my adult life...I however, do not use hot tools...or lots of hair spray ( alcohol ) or products on it...just my oils, mask , shampoo and conditioners ...with the exception of a few mousses /volumizers when I am getting all fancy smancy
Hi Tammy! Thank you so much for sharing your beauty tips. I must say not everyone is as generous with sharing beauty tips as you are , and in such detail too😉 Love your videos 😍👌👍
You don’t need to convince people that there’s not enough time if they want to do it they will if they don’t they won’t. Thank you for such wonderful hair tips I am definitely going to take your advice! I’m going oil shopping
Love all this information. I too have long "red" hair and I'm 65. I have bought so many products to try to help dryness and fuzzy hair. I can't wait to try your ideas!!!! Thank you so very much. Love your personality 💗🤗
Hi Tammy. I have read hateful comments about you and others on youtube. You are a beautiful woman providing a service to us! Thank You! Your hair Is Gorgeous!! Please don't let these people effect you. Kerry
Thank you so much Tammy! This is exactly what I have been looking for. I have spent so much time on my skincare and have neglected my hair and scalp. I appreciate you so much.
Tammy I really love your videos I went into my hall of beauty closet and I found at least for those oils that I had just purchased over the winter so I guess tomorrow when I come home from the gym I'm going to massage the oils in my hair for 1 hour before I shower. And you are so absolutely right we need to take care of ourselves because nobody else will take care of my friend
Just love you, Tammy. Love your sense of humor and all your beauty advice and tips for us ladies of a certain age. You are a beautiful soul, thank you for all your tips. 🙂 From Annapolis, MD and Bonita Springs, FL.
Regarding tangles and snapping Redkin Antisnap leave in is a game changer! Also their 24 spray in you don't rinse out. I only use oils for conditioning the scalp, commercial products are largely endocrine disrupters to name a few of the issues. Use commercial products, except shampoo of course, on the strands only. Made a huge difference with flaking etc. I have long natural blond hair but it is fine, I'm 63.
Tammy, You were lucky to inherit the thick hair gene but the care that you put into it really makes the difference. I'm going to commit to a weekly hair mask; my fine hair really needs it. Thanks for sharing and please continue to stay safe.
I gave this a try. I only had the castor oil and coconut oil. I am so pleased with the results. I started the curly girl method just over a year ago and now combining this oil treatment has made a huge difference. Thank you so much!
My Beautiful Friend Thanks for sharing these things with us I seem to be having a relapse. I am starting to loose hair again. The first time I lost over half my hair and almost all of my eyebrows. I never knew how vain I was until I started loosing my hair. But when you’re holding a handful of your hair in your hands and it’s not attached to your head, it kinda makes you sick at your stomaching. Oh well you can’t keep a tough old broad down💄💋❣️❣️
Hi Tammy, thank you for all your help and suggestions. I am a Cosmetologist too, I have gone chin length and want to regrow my hair a bit. I love all your hair and scalp health suggestions. You are a wealth of information and education. I will be 60 this July and I am so happy I found you!
I wash my hair every other day. On the second day I always have a different hairstyle, never wear my hair down, so it works that way and I save a lot of products :)
Yay! Finally stopped working at 11:30pm and here is the gem to make my night! A wonderful video of great tips and advice. I love how encouraging you are and how detailed! I'm on a mission with my hair and it's due to your great suggestions and knowledge of hair and products. I have my list of oils ready to order! Thank you, more than you could ever know!
Thanks for the scalp and hair treatments. My hair is the longest it has been in decades and I will definitely be adding these treatments on a regular basis. Love how you are rocking your gorgeous hair!
Thank you!! You look fantastic!! Really appreciate all your hair advice as choices in store are way too much, and it is great to center on a few great reccommended products. Love your honesty too.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING! I HAVE BEEN ASKING FIR THIS VIDEO FOREVER I ALWAYS LOVED YOUR HAIR I DEFINITELY TRYING THESE TREATMENT THANK YOU TAMMY BLESSED! PLEASE DO A VIDEO TELLING US HOW DO U HELP YOURSELF FROM FIBROMALGYA I SUFFER FROM THAT FOR 10 YEARS AND IM REALLY TIRED OF TAKING PILLS PLEASE SHARE WHAT DO U DO
You have inspired me to start. I have read about scalp massage and oils but honestly didn't know where to begin or how to incorporate them. Thank you so much for sharing your tips and routine. It's not as scary or difficult as I once thought. My goal is to improve my hair and scalp health and dream of waking up one day with beautiful hair like yours!
Thank you for these two videos Tammy. Like you I have great hair - it's genetics. I've always taken pretty good care of it but about 5 months ago (from wearing a plastic headband constantly) I started to see lots of breakage toward the back of my head. It was horrible and scary! Needless to say, it got my attention big time. I have been taking much better care of my hair than I ever have in my life. It's worth every minute I spend on it. You are so right about taking care of ourselves. We deserve it. We owe it to ourselves. xo patti 🎀
The best, you push me to take better care of myself, so much thanks. When I had an allergic reaction on my scalp causing hair to fall out it was warmed up avocado oil and 2 drops of lavender oil, so soothing and healing for my scalp. Love your recipe and cleaning day will now never look the same. I have the longest hair ever, thanks covid, but it looks good, keep on being fearless, much love, A
Really enjoyed this. I put oils on my hair every day. I use hazelnut oil after I've washed my hair as a leave in. This has really helped eliminate breakage. I no longer blow dry my hair either, too drying. I also mix caster oil and rosemary with my shampoo and leave it in my hair as I'm washing in the shower. It really soothes my scalp. I like the aloe vera idea you mentioned for dry scalp. Will definitely give that a try.
Great video Tammy. I just completed this process and I just have to say, it really made a difference when I dried my hair. I used the castor oil & essential oil on my scalp & on my strands I only used warmed castor oil. I have very thick, wavy/frizzy hair. However, after trying this all I can say is OMG. My hair blow dried so nicely, no frizz & the usual puffy thickness was gone. I will certainly do this again.
I love your videos Tammy and you have beautiful hair. I have turned 50 and have just started menopause so I hear often to cut off my hair because shorter hair would be better but like you i love my long blonde hair. I agree with you that we have to take care of our long hair. I used your oil recipe for my hair and it is going to be one of my new weekly rituals. Thank you so much for the video
Totally agree about the washing your hair thing. I have super oily skin and hair. I also sweat at night. If you don’t get all that crap off your scalp it will clog your follicles and your hair will fall out!
Thank you so much for addressing dry scalp issues!!!! So very helpful for me! You are the BEST! I enjoy watching your videos and this is the first time for me to comment! Fay G.
I am going to try this. I feel like over the last several months my hair has gotten thinner. I have been looking to find a solution. I love that this is natural. I’m going to use the pumpkin oil as you suggested. Thank you for these great tips!
This is wonderful! I’ve always had medium/ thick hair. Just recently had a horrible haircut. They used texturizing shears and my ends are so thin and stringy. I know he meant well but I don’t like it. Just bought the black castor oil and can’t wait for it to be delivered. Thanks! I feel like I’m seeing the future me in 25 years. You’re an inspiration to women!
Castor oil has helped thicken my eyebrows, lashes & temples/hair line. The kind I ordered came with a mascara wand & an eye liner tube so you can do your lashes & brows.
I’ve been wearing all these oils in my scalp and in my hair since around 9 o’clock this morning at 6:30 it’s time to wash it out and see what has transpired. I can’t wait to see and feel how good my hair feels. I’ve been growing yet since there’s not much else to do these days with the Covid and the Delta strain resurging so they say,. It took me longer to order the products on Amazon than it did to put them in my hair and I know it’s doing a great deal of good. Thank you Tammy for all your great videos they do make me laugh! I have been watching faithfully for at least five years. Best wishes, Connie. (77 years young)…..
Great information! I’m giving this a try. You’re an inspiration for me trying to grow out my hair. I started during the beginning of quarantine because why not?!! I do have thinning hair (definitely genetics at play) but I have not been kind to my hair. I was 60 in November. This is my “3rd Act” ... great book. It’s me time. Keep at it gal!
I just started following you and now I want to be you when I grow up (I'm 58, btw lol). Seriously, I think you are brilliant. I've always taken very good care of my skin, never neglected my hair but didn't give it the care that I do my skin. Well, that is all about to change. I have bra length hair and I just did this oil mask and oh my, it's kinda gross. It was dripping down my back, face, etc. I think I over saturated. I lasted 4 hours before I HAD to wash it out and oh my....my hair is glorious. I am a color treated blonde and dare I say my hair even looks brighter?? Thank you for all your tips. I am now a dedicated follower!!!
I only wash my hair once a week with shampoo and then I wash it a 2nd time with just conditioner. I do exercise daily and sweat but I have very dry, frizzy, and very thick, course hair. If I washed it everyday it would be a mess. I stopped using all heat appliances on my hair and stopped coloring it too...what a huge difference it has made for the health of my hair. Not sure what I'll do when it's safe to resume life again but for now, something that I thought would never work for me is working out just fine!
YAY....Thank you for sharing Cheryl
Thank you for such an inspiring hair treatment. Yes will try your formula hair and scalp treatments J
I'm 61 in December! Be proud of yourself you look great and you've got a nice soul 😘
My husband asked me the other day, "how is that pretty older woman doing that you watch on TH-cam?" lol. You're beautiful Tammy! Thank you always! ❤
Thank you and him!!
I am 76 years old, platinum white hair...no color on it...its natural since I was 45. I was taking a medication for rheumatoid arthritis that caused my super thick hair to thin out majorly so now I'm off that med and I am going g to try this. Thank you Tammy
BTW, I love your hair that long. Mine has been growing 2 years and is past my shoulders. Who says we cant wear our hair super long after 60??? Poo on them!
Just found you and I already love you 💕
I turned 53 on June 11 and I decided to turn over a new beautiful leaf instead of letting fugly thoughts beat me down!
Thank you!! ❤️
🎉💜She is amazing, and that's why we cant enough of her and her videos! Right?!🤗💜🎉

Absolutely!! 😉
YOU are SO WORTH it Susan...for the rest of your life!! Promise!!
I have been doing this treatment for 2 months!! And love it! My hair is growing!!!
YES...!!😍😍
Loved this...You also have the best attitude and sense of humor. Always look forward to your videos. Hoping you have the very best day.
Thanks so much!
I’m with u, Tammy....I wash my hair every day as well. I sorta can’t understand how the skin on our head doesn’t need to be cleaned every day but all of our other skin does. But...oh well, u do u, people. Great videos, Tammy! Thx so much!
I wash my hair everyday too!!
Bad to wash your hair daily , craziness
“If you want to achieve something you need to put effort in it”.... thank you Tammy, I love your straight forward, down to earth, authenticity 🥰👌🤗 and I looooooove your sense of humor. You are as beautiful in the inside as you are on the outside 😉😊
Tammy, I can't tell you how much this helps.
I always take your advise because you are living proof that your routine works.
Thanks bunches.
So good, I need to do this once a week~I have gotten slack! Wonderful tips from the best! ❤️ Lisa
Gotta keep that beautiful mane!!
Two beauty icons right here! Lisa and Tammy making 50 and 60 look so good!
I love this. I’m 62, I’m going to do everything you’ve said. I’ll keep you posted. Thank you!

Surgical menopause because of endometrial cancer. This was so helpful for me. 💜
@@pegasus514 have you tried a Derma roller?
Yoga for the Mature Woman - Indira's Kundalini Yoga on your scalp??
@@elainehumphrey6021 yes you can use it on the scalp where new hair growth has stopped.
Used Sweet Almond Oil once and it made my hair shed like crazy. You're right about genetics. I am almost 70 and no gray. And no reading glasses, yet. Have lots of other problems. LOL
This video made me so excited for my longerish hair! Thank you TAMMY!
Thanks Tammy It’s wonderful having you in my life. A no nonsense woman casting a guiding light. Thank you again.
Love YOU!!
@@TammysAgelessBeauty Love you back! A TON!😘
All white hair is quite strikingly beautiful!
"You are worth every moment you can give to yourself." Amen, Miss Tammy! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Truer words were never spoken!
Thank you so much for all of the time you put into giving us such great information and advice! I really appreciate you!
Thank you so much Sarah!!
For itching and flaking I use an oil cleanser once a week or the Ordinary’s 7% glycolic toner on my scalp once a week to clean and exfoliate my scalp, and that really helped with those issues.
interesting!
How long have you been using that comb? How long before you saw results.
You are such a great educator! Did this with you and have my oils in now!! Thank you for breaking this process down for us🤗
You are so welcome! I love knowing that some of you go right along with me in my videos...thank you so much Hannah!!
How has this worked out for you ? What would you recommend based on your experience? Thanks
Looking forward to see how these hair treatments work for me!!🤗
You mentioned that some followers wrote ugly messages to you in a very personal level and for that I’m soo sorry you had to read that!! People can’t stand others success and happiness🤗🤗🤗. Enjoy life!!
You never look like a hot mess! Thank you for a great video! Your so inspiring!!!💕
I appreciate all the into you pass on to us. In my opinion, if you have time to watch this video, you have time to take care of yourself.
I paused and shopped and paused and shopped... looking forward to getting my weekly hair therapies started ♡ thank you
I love your videos! Thank you!!
I meant like them but think I’m going to really love them.
Thank you Tammy for sharing your hair and scalp treatment
You're my inspiration and you're giving me some hope for my hair. Love your channel!👍🥰
You give so much of yourself in getting the message to us. Wonderful. We make time for what we want to in life.
So TRUE!!!! Putting in the effort is key to success with everything! Thank you for saying this!
Even with the shower cap- you are amazing and beautiful! And yes I will try- going to the health food store and getting my oils ASAP!
I trusted you and bought the Quench and Shine. It is a

Heidi Nicol mine is n the way, our dear Tammy has never steered me wrong....I can hardly wait!
Yes! CR mask makes my hair so shiny!
I needed this. Have not been taking care of myself. Thank you!
Wow! You actually took the time to type all the directions in here 👍🏼 That’s great 😁 thank you 🙏🏽
Glad it was helpful!
Oh well you can’t keep a tough old broad down💄💋❣️❣️
I totally understand....I think most women would feel the same!!
Hi Tammy, thank you for all your help and suggestions. I am a Cosmetologist too, I have gone chin length and want to regrow my hair a bit. I love all your hair and scalp health suggestions. You are a wealth of information and education. I will be 60 this July and I am so happy I found you!
I’m with ya on washing your hair daily. I hate the smell of bed hair and I don’t understand how ppl can walk around with stinky hair.
Washing your hair daily not good
Stinky hair is not good either 😂
I use this treatment on my shoulder length hair & leave it on over night to condition my hair & scalp to the fullest!💕
Fay G.
Glad to see you are letting your humour show through. You seem happy too.
I am going to try this. I feel like over the last several months my hair has gotten thinner. I have been looking to find a solution. I love that this is natural. I’m going to use the pumpkin oil as you suggested. Thank you for these great tips!
Thanks TAMMY. You are a wonderful teacher and fun to watch. Always learn something!
Love that you are providing this information, your hair is beautiful and it’s really good to see what and how you use products!
Tammy, thank you so much for sharing all this with us. I’m really motivated to start nourishing my 55 year old hair. Thank you, love you! Cindy 🌻💗
This was so informative. I have itchy scalp and also thinning hair so now I know what I can use to combat that. Thank you so very much.
This is the best video! Thank you for putting your beauty secrets out there for the world to see. I appreciate this so much.
So helpful Tammy!!! Thank you so much for all your hard work!! I watched the first part too!!!
