Good point there.
With the continuous devaluation of naira and the worsening exchange rate, I have always known that the bajaj mode of payment is not sustainable. I doubled down with my workers from last year that I was paying fixed amount.
I can't be a victim of high exchange rate that is not within my control.

I tell you...
At the beginning of January , dollar rate to Naira was N1100 or there about and Bajaj was N650k , at the moment , just few weeks apart
Dollar rate is N1400 and bajaj is currently going for 780k,
Now imagine the price by December

@farmyjulie You're right. BTW, taking a cue from one of your recent videos, I will adopt the casual contract option ( finish and go) on one of my farms while I have regular labours on the other. I will compare the effectiveness of both at the end of the year then decide what to stick to.

Thank you for this video. Getting a farm workers is really a crisis for farmers in Naija. It is good to agree to give the workers salaries or annual wages instead of motor cycles. Are you going to feed them with the annual wages you agreed?
