I never realised a 50% mask could be used when using Generative Fill, complete game changer for me. Next level tips here, and a lot of fun cool dad jokes along the way! Love it.
I took your premiere classes on Skillshare and I can't thank you enough for everything I've learned from you. Thank you Dan! I don't have a ton of subs yet on my TH-cam but my last video did better than I could of ever expected. I was able to land a gig editing for another TH-camr. I owe it all to you.
I am incredibly grateful for all that you and Lindsay Marsh have taught me. I finally completed the majority of the courses with you both, and it was one of the best choices I've ever made. One of the greatest instructors I have ever encountered. 🙏🏻
I actually used it the other day to replace some dirt in a garden with grass. Worked well as a base and then used other tools to help blend it in naturally
At about 4:30 to 4:32, you say, "...Or, I can click that button...." What button? This happens really fast. After several reviews with start-stopping, I still can't see what button you're referencing.
I’ve had nothing but frustrating experience. I had a picture of a friend and he had a strap over his shoulder from a bag. I lassoed that strap and asked to remove it and got different types of straps. Then when wanted to remove the background and I selected my fiend and told it to remove the background and it changed my friend into different persons but never removed the background.

It is a waste of my time doing generative work as I’m toooo bussy WASTING hit or mis in photoshop … and I refuse to give my time and input to Adobe - sorry my time is money , not money to Adobe
So, so cool.....you're so good at this, Dan - very easy to watch and it all sinks in. And even if it doesn't first time, super easy to hit the back button and watch that bit again. Just subscribed to BYOL for the fourth year running and still have lots to learn even though I've learned so much already - thanks again for being such a great teacher (and leaving the accidental on purpose mistakes in so we can learn from them too!) =)

Thanks 😊 I love the new video. Glad I could help out. Remember me when you're a famous TH-camr!

Dan, is this ep "photoshopped", I don't have those features? I can only remove things with Ai, not add. Is this real or just for fun? JB

pin that tool bar to the top of the photoshop window, not in the middle of the image
