1-3 kilograms of heroin is a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years. They found over 20 kilograms and admitted to more than that over a span of 10 years. Not including sentencing enhancements for leadership roles. There mandatory minimum was suppose to be at least 30 years. Somebody(ies) 🗣️🗣️🗣️ really good.
