If you want more "Size For Seventy", the series that challenges athletes to shop for a week's worth of food on $10 a day, also check out: th-cam.com/video/I-220Kk6Qz8/w-d-xo.html
Cool vid . Very rare u see people go shopping for food and explain what and why they are buying certain food on the tube. Got me subbed . By the way I'm shredded and still learning about nutrition . Seems like a nice guy , not stuck up his own arse like some bodybuilders.
UniversalUSA77 Do you guys have any videos like this but for regular gym-goers that want to bulk? Just not bodybuilding status. I have a feeling if I ate like this I would blow up, but not in a good way.

Antoine is so different to all the other Universal athletes, absolutely love his videos. So laid back and funny, can actually tell he's having a good time. Great video Universal, hopefully we can see more of Antoine! Virgin olive oil...."I use it so much it's not even virgin anymore". Love it!
***** So much of the world outside of bodybuilding has negative stereotypes of the sport. They think bodybuilders are dumb, vain meatheads. At Universal, we try to turn those stereotypes on their heads. We want to show the world that bodybuilders are passionate and dedicated. We want to show that they have unique personalities, just like out in the real world. At the end of the day, if we can change one person's mind about the sport, then we've achieved success.
It's not just bodybuilders either, it's athlete's in general unfortunately, they get a bad wrap. I've been judged in basketball before, and it sucks when people do it. They make assumptions and it isn't fair. The Universal team are pretty real, that's for sure. Good content as always. On another note, do you guys have a UK store?
***** Well, here in the U.S., basketball and football are obviously well established. The top pros are veritable superstars. But the best bodybuilder? Not seen in a positive light by most people. We have a distributor in the UK so you should be able to get what you want. Regarding Universal Gear (clothing), we ship internationally. But we don't ship supplements internationally: www.universalusa.com/Universal/Products/Gear

BodyBuilding League i got a girl and two kids, they all eat like me cuz i do almost all the cooking (manly carnivorous meals). i gotta say Costco has saved my ass!
BodyBuilding League You got to know your prices when shopping at Costco. I usually end up buying from Winco because it is cheaper than Costco or food max on most items but I do buy from all 3 stores.
Antoine is surely one of my favorite Bodybuilder for Universal Nutrition. And not to forget, this video sure helped me as I'm a 15 year old bodybuilder. Big fan of Universal Nutrition!
Antoine made an impressive comeback this year. He went through a rough patch but this guy made me proud. Came in looking crisp and showed everyone he's not fucking around.
I like this bodybuilder the most because, unlike other competitive bodybuilders, he actually has a personality other than lifting weights, cracking jokes every now and then...
This video is one of the best most informative videos on TH-cam, it's great, he explains a really good idea to me about what foods to buy and why, he's a really funny man too, this is great for me as I go to school and on a budget,
TheKhwajaKing Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, the approach is the same. Set a budget and choose the best foods at the best price that will help you achieve your goals. In this video, we picked $70. For you, it could be $50 or $80 or whatever.
We'll do more with the Universal athletes, Size for Seventy. In the meantime, our brother brand Animal has a few with $50 and $100 set as the budgets: "Big on a Budget" with Frank "Wrath" McGrath Huge on a Hundred: Frank "Wrath" McGrath
Haha nice! Funny, Entertaining and Educative. :) Very pleased with the content, you earned a new sub! Big props from me and my friends in Quebec to you Antoine! :)

its funny... i was just wishing antoine would do one of these and BOOM. Thanks universal. Also what does antoine weigh right now in off season? He is literally my favorite bodybuilder.
besides the store brand, if you go to the sections with hispanic food, the herbs and condiments are exactly the same if not better and about 1/3 the price.
im on the same diet I love ground beef with brown rice, I also buy 2 whole chickens roast them and shred up the meat. you get a lot more chicken that way and its cheaper than buying breasts.
A weeks worth of sweet potatoes will run you vs a bag of which you get more for less money you have to spend, plus there is really not that much of a difference between them other then digestion times and sweet potatoes are abit nutrient dense(and taste good) then white rice but all in all there still a carb. But I'm speaking in terms of budget. I buy sweet potatoes every week cause my budget is a lot higher then 70$. But for people who are on this kind of budget a bag of rice will save you money and do the job.
Great video. Are vegetables so expensive in Canada? Im glad i live in Morocco, Fresh vegetables are here soo damn cheap. On the other hand, supplements are here expensive because they have to come from Europe. Greetz from Casablanca
Pallyshamzer Justice I've met Jay Cutler and I trust me he is one of the nicest cool persons I've ever met in my life (and I've travelled around the world).
Going to buy everything on this list lol How long should this last if I eat like you? 2 weeks ? And did you happened to know how many calories and micros and macros this all is
Great tips bro. I lost tons of weight before this but I want to eat right for the gym. My arms are naturally big but flabby. Beef is a bit more expensive here. Philly but my family has hens so I never have to buy any eggs which saves some cash. I tried eating tons of veggies before this but it doesn't give me too much energy. The rice is a nice balance to keep me full.
I really am enjoying the budget videos from Animal. This one however really shocks me because when you get to buying olive oil and seasonings the price jumps sky high.
I eat abit like this but i am trying to lose fat. I am eating t less meals of course but same sort of thinking. Great video, your a decent guy also thanks for the tips bro
UniversalUSA77 Hey man ,loved the video and I subscribed on your first classic dance there in the shop ;) actually I loved the way you put humor here and there in the video and make it more lively while also imparting the the actual stuff needed , just like favorite chemistry teacher ;) ! So yeah , thanks for the video- and I am from India and we don't have packed food store here (we get everything raw like from beef store and chicken store where they have these meat hanging you order like 1Kg or whatever :P ) also $10 a day is like 600 bucks here and still a lot for a day meal (until one is a professional builder) and I think I can adjust it to 200-300 bucks thats $5 a day or $45 a week ! I don't know why I wrote these may be cause I wanted to confirm to myself I am gonna do it :P ! Anyways thanks , much love ! Peace !
I think I'm going to try this out, especially because of my tight budget. I'm 6ft2, 217 pounds and I want to bulk up but can't afford all those "clean foods" so what do you guys think?
I rewatch this just to cry at the prices.
This is one of the best bodybuilding videos ever put on TH-cam ever (srs)!
We hope you found it useful and informative. That's the goal with vids like this and why we do them.
TraumaER I agree man one day I wanna be this good

Antoine made an impressive comeback this year. He went through a rough patch but this guy made me proud. Came in looking crisp and showed everyone he's not fucking around.
Yet another great vid from Antoine and Universal. Nice work ppl
if your eggs are a bit dry you can cook them with a bit of milk keeps them moist and makes them fluffier
I'll try that, Thanks.
I like this bodybuilder the most because, unlike other competitive bodybuilders, he actually has a personality other than lifting weights, cracking jokes every now and then...
Simple, easy and cheap. Thanks Antoine!

Going to buy everything on this list lol
How long should this last if I eat like you? 2 weeks ?
And did you happened to know how many calories and micros and macros this all is
One week 65 bucks but the goal was 70, so 4 weeks in a month. 4 x 70= 280 a month on food
+TheUniverse125 and that's because he's using 70 bucks.
Please make more of these videos so we can see that other IFBB guys are eating and would get.

Rob C More Universal vids on this subject are coming in 2015, don't worry.
Any ID for the song at the beginning ?
When you cook the egg and beef did he use olive oil otherwise it will stick?

There's something so special about a man weighing over 220lb flapping his arms like a little duck while chasing ducks.
Antoine Vaillant cracks me up.
I really am enjoying the budget videos from Animal. This one however really shocks me because when you get to buying olive oil and seasonings the price jumps sky high.

What kind of wizardry is this??
snakehips3131 roid spells
When im cooking chicken for example, should I count the oil i use in the cooking pan to my macros or not?
If your cutting probally yes, it can add up quite fast. Or you can just measure it once, then estimate how much is there for the rest of the time. :)
I think I'm going to try this out, especially because of my tight budget. I'm 6ft2, 217 pounds and I want to bulk up but can't afford all those "clean foods" so what do you guys think?
