    I think it is a major motivator when I see professional workout instructors express when a move is challenging or not their favorite. It makes you feel not alone in the struggle and keeps you going knowing you're not the only one. Thank you for this one, I am exhausted ❤️

    The Foreign Affairs at the moment has been the most devastating in the world, this workout absolutely has kept me whole, helped me lengthen and stretch my spinal cord. I am so grateful. Am sending it to all my friends also needing the stretch. I loved the routine and the balance across different body targets. Thank you, Raven. ☺

    I got half way through this workout and had to stop I was exhausted and sweating and this morning my legs are so sore. This is brutal but good. Next time I will maybe just do 2 rounds and hopefully I can get all the way through it 😊

    Hi raven this workout looks fab but I'm always so confused how many times per week I should do specific workouts and should I be mixing it up. Would love if you could do like a weekly structured pilates plan incorporating different body parts maybe. Something that's easy to follow along with. My goals are tone , fat loss and learning to fall inlove with and learn pilates ❤

    One of the reasons why I got into pilates was because you always reminds us to breathe and its okay to be shaky shaky lol. Also, you reminds us on keep good posture. I would prefer no background music.

    Forgive me, Raven. I watched you on that show and thought you were just another pretty face “instructor” like a lot of social media influencers these days claim to be. This is my first workout with you and have eaten my words 😮‍💨. Im a former athlete and studied kinesiology and just worked out muscles I didn’t even know were there!!! Thank you.     if this was beginner-friendly I think I need a pre-beginner level haha, my thighs started shaking so much halfway through the video I couldn't get them to work properly after that. But amazing exercises, thanks for your positive energy and encouragement!
