Not much clearly. But if you ever upload any video to TH-cam then you’ll notice there’s comment moderation tools (which are AI) automatically set by TH-cam to censor certain words and phrases. You can turn them off but it’s probably too much effort for them without the trouble of spam and phishing bots. TH-cam forces the censor and the anti-bot features into one thing so i dont think they had a choice

Hope Wilbur can work past everything. Nowadays on the internet people like to think you're life is over after doing one bad thing, but he can get better. He can do better. Obviously he did something horrible, but I'm sure he knows that very well. He knows he can get better. It's only up to him to show that he's changed for the better. Be supportive to the person, not his actions, but the man isn't going anywhere if we all kick him while he's down. Forgiveness is a virtue.

Even if she covered them with makeup, Shelby's cousin actually said that Shelby abused Wilbur. She said detail by detail. Also, if you look in those photos, Wilbur looked miserable and he had lots of bruises. Wilbur just doesn't really try to manage the situation. I don't really know why. Some people believe he has autism, but i dont think so. Shubble only takes advantage of this situation to get more followers.

AKA, Contradicting herself and providing no evidence he caused hurt physical or even emotional pain. And also to those who say he admitted it. no he did not. his statement is vague and some parts can be interpreted differently however he did admit to having struggled mentally during the last few months of their relationship causing him to be a bad boyfriend and causing possible pain and hardship to his partner, in which he apologised for and is getting help for and as someone who also has had mental struggles in my life I can relate. I want to add that I have a similar personality and quirks of Wilbur and see myself in him and disgusted people are analysing every thing he has said and done, twisting it and taking it out of context and using it as "proof" I truly believe Wilbur is innocent as I have been in the exact situation as he is (Just not a server obviously) and have seen a my fathers family friend (male) be accused of sexual assault which was proven false after a confession from the accuser that they lied, just because they had a bad break up and an acquaintance of my father (male) be accused of sexual assault as well which again was proven false, just because he rejected her advances and both men in this situation were just like Wilbur, instantly hated despite no evidence/proof and no one tried to listen to their side. I am glad that lovejoy has stayed true and believing of him throughout this and due to Wilbur's current state from his recent video I have seen he is not looking well and to be honest due to the slander, harassment, losing his twitch career, losing his friends and those his considered family (Philza and Tommy) and so on, I am not surprised he not in the best mental, emotional or physical state and that any evidence he has that he is innocent (as he states he does have) I am not surprised he has not show as every hater will instantly claim it is fake (can you tell I have experience with this?). If I am being honest I was worried he my even follow the advice of those telling him to kill him-self as I have also been there and nearly done so my-self. Sure, it's abuse but its not like Shelby was fearing for her life or anything. Take Ozzy Osbourne (was also part of metal band Black Sabbath) as an example. He tried to kill his wife by strangulation while high, bit animals heads off, and apparently didn't have the best personality in the 70s/80s...
I have the same dilemma right now. Have not listened to the song because I kind of feel sick at the thought of listening to it. I feel a big sense of betrayal. I really loved Lovejoy. It was my favorite band and second favorite overal to listen to. I don't want to give money to an abuser. I don't want to contribute. I don't want to engage and I don't want to make things worse. I'm not interested in crusifying Wilbur. The internet has done enough. But I don't want to welcome him or the people who he associates with back into my arms like nothing happened either. To the person who made the comment above me: Just because someone (another artist) did something worse does *not* mean the things Will did aren't "that" bad. That's a terrible argument. Like saying stealing a purse isn't bad because someone stole a suitcase. Bad things are bad no matter the intensity or how many people do it. Making comparisons like that normalizes violence. I’m just going to post this comment so I can find someone who agrees with me on this take (I apologise, this is long as hell): I don’t understand why this situation needed to be so overly publicized. I will happily support Shelby and her decision to discuss triggering topics on unhealthy relationships and create a platform for other people with similar experiences to not feel alone or silenced, especially Shelby. There’s a big group of people that will claim that Shelby is making it all up for clout, claiming her stories change and she debunks claims of abuse but at the end of the day, it shouldn’t be centered around her life and her trauma. It should be a place for anyone to share their experience and grow from that trauma. You can choose to believe that Shelby is lying and I couldn’t give a flying fuck, but don’t actively point the finger at her when you know deep down her motive was with her viewers in mind. Back to the understanding of publicizing this scandal. The sad reality is that both Shelby and Will are just people. They might have a bit more money and popularity, but they’re not big time celebrities. Will and Shelby only really streamed minecraft like any other content creator. Will was literally streaming in an accountant office before he joined a band. Theyre ordinary people. The fact that you guys had to over exaggerate the situation recycled Shelby’s trauma to connect the dots and figure out who she claimed to be abused by is insane. . As someone who is a fan of both of them, I didn’t even know they were dating. The fact that some of you decided to hunt down the man accused of abuse so you could send him death threats and dox him before you could consider the thought of “Support the victim” shows how two faced some of you are. At this point i’m willing to support both of them. I don’t appreciate William’s actions, let alone his statement about what he claimed was consensual, but the fact that you guys are acting as if he owes everyone an apology, you’re deadass wrong. It's clear that Wilbur's pretty much never been well mentally. I really liked the man, and I hope that he's able to fix himself and remove those harmful and abusive parts of him and reform. As much as I feel like Shelby is the primary victim in this situation and that she suffered a lot in this scenario, Wilbur's crime is not pedophilia. He can still recover from this situation, and it's not permanent. Sure, even if he does get better I'm sure some people will never look at him the same and will still hate him. Those people can die with the same hatred that got them into that pit of misery. I hope the victim of the abuse and the victim of a terrible mental state can both come back from this.

Not much clearly. But if you ever upload any video to TH-cam then you’ll notice there’s comment moderation tools (which are AI) automatically set by TH-cam to censor certain words and phrases. You can turn them off but it’s probably too much effort for them without the trouble of spam and phishing bots. TH-cam forces the censor and the anti-bot features into one thing so i dont think they had a choice

I know this might not change anyones opinion on this situation but, Wilbur only admitted to being slobbish and selfish. He did not admit to the consensual biting. When they were dating, Shelby posted a lot of pictures with him and her. She wore very revealing clothes and there was no bruises. Even if she covered them with makeup, Shelby's cousin actually said that Shelby abused Wilbur. She said detail by detail. Also, if you look in those photos, Wilbur looked miserable and he had lots of bruises. Wilbur just doesn't really try to manage the situation. I don't really know why. Some people believe he has autism, but i dont think so. Shubble only takes advantage of this situation to get more followers.

Edit: It has been pointed out to me by multiple people that not only has that woman (I refuse to say her name) has never been see with bruises, Wilbur on the other wise has many times and while she instantly went back to normal after this which an actual victim of abuse would struggle to do, Wilbur on the other hand has obviously been struggling mentally, emotionally and physically. Even more reason for me to support Wilbur.
Edit 2: Honestly the more I find out about this situation the more I support Wilbur and wonder why any sane person supports this bitch. Really the fact that she and her supporters have also bullied people to suicide (with confirmed deaths) and then said the deaths were fake while whining that Wilburs supports who are doing nothing but trying to show him love and support are "attacting" her while not providing evidence, which at this point is not suprising.
All of you seem to think you know everything and quiet frankly I am very disappointed and disgusted in you all who instantly believe what you are told at face value.
Firstly I want to make it clear, I approve of everyone saying always support the Victim, HOWEVER you should always make sure that you know who the victim actually is.
Now before anyone thinks I do not know what I am talking about I am a victim of several forms of abuse (and experience that for over 15 years) and I have also been in Wilbur's shoes in which I have lost those I thought loved and trusted me due to false allegations. Those same people who said they would forever love and support me, did not listen to my side of the story and turned their backs on me without any evidence or proof I did anything wrong every being presented.
The fact the accuser (I refuse to even type her name) in this situation has already falsely accused 2 separate past partners of the same thing she is accusing Wilbur of is sus enough, but add to that the contradicting statements she has made (aka the biting thing among others) along with liking the death threat posts made against Wilbur (Amongst other things) just confirms to me that he is being set up.
And to all of you who keep mentioning the biting thing, she had come out later saying that was not the problem, that it was just "weird" and that him hurting her is the problem. AKA, Contradicting herself and providing no evidence he caused hurt physical or even emotional pain.
And also to those who say he admitted it. no he did not. his statement is vague and some parts can be interpreted differently however he did admit to having struggled mentally during the last few months of their relationship causing him to be a bad boyfriend and causing possible pain and hardship to his partner, in which he apologised for and is getting help for and as someone who also has had mental struggles in my life I can relate.
He also said in a recent video he did not abuse her and he does not wish to talk about that right now which with how he is possibly (and most likely) still struggling due to all of you hating him, the abandonment of those he loved and the loss of his streaming career, I fully understand he why he wishes to focus on the only happiness he has right now and that is his band and performing.
I want to add that I have a similar personality and quirks of Wilbur and see myself in him and disgusted people are analysing every thing he has said and done, twisting it and taking it out of context and using it as "proof"
I truly believe Wilbur is innocent as I have been in the exact situation as he is (Just not a server obviously) and have seen a my fathers family friend (male) be accused of sexual assault which was proven false after a confession from the accuser that they lied, just because they had a bad break up and an acquaintance of my father (male) be accused of sexual assault as well which again was proven false, just because he rejected her advances and both men in this situation were just like Wilbur, instantly hated despite no evidence/proof and no one tried to listen to their side.
I am glad that lovejoy has stayed true and believing of him throughout this and due to Wilbur's current state from his recent video I have seen he is not looking well and to be honest due to the slander, harassment, losing his twitch career, losing his friends and those his considered family (Philza and Tommy) and so on, I am not surprised he not in the best mental, emotional or physical state and that any evidence he has that he is innocent (as he states he does have) I am not surprised he has not show as every hater will instantly claim it is fake (can you tell I have experience with this?).
If I am being honest I was worried he my even follow the advice of those telling him to kill him-self as I have also been there and nearly done so my-self.
Life is too short and the world and it's people are cruel, I have learnt this the hard way, and now so is Wilbur.
Remember everyone, Men can be victims, Women can lie, NEVER EVER take anything at face value. Get hard evidence and proof before you hate on someone and ruin a possible innocent life.
Innocent until proven guilty and the fact that their is more and more evidence that the accuser in this situation is lying (if you all would do you god damn research!), I think people should LEAVE WILBUR ALONE!

I have the same dilemma right now. Have not listened to the song because I kind of feel sick at the thought of listening to it. I feel a big sense of betrayal.
I really loved Lovejoy. It was my favorite band and second favorite overal to listen to.

I’m just going to post this comment so I can find someone who agrees with me on this take (I apologise, this is long as hell):
I don’t understand why this situation needed to be so overly publicized. I will happily support Shelby and her decision to discuss triggering topics on unhealthy relationships and create a platform for other people with similar experiences to not feel alone or silenced, especially Shelby. There’s a big group of people that will claim that Shelby is making it all up for clout, claiming her stories change and she debunks claims of abuse but at the end of the day, it shouldn’t be centered around her life and her trauma. It should be a place for anyone to share their experience and grow from that trauma. You can choose to believe that Shelby is lying and I couldn’t give a flying fuck, but don’t actively point the finger at her when you know deep down her motive was with her viewers in mind.
Back to the understanding of publicizing this scandal. The sad reality is that both Shelby and Will are just people. They might have a bit more money and popularity, but they’re not big time celebrities. Will and Shelby only really streamed minecraft like any other content creator. Will was literally streaming in an accountant office before he joined a band. Theyre ordinary people. The fact that you guys had to over exaggerate the situation recycled Shelby’s trauma to connect the dots and figure out who she claimed to be abused by is insane. . As someone who is a fan of both of them, I didn’t even know they were dating. The fact that some of you decided to hunt down the man accused of abuse so you could send him death threats and dox him before you could consider the thought of “Support the victim” shows how two faced some of you are.
At this point i’m willing to support both of them. I don’t appreciate William’s actions, let alone his statement about what he claimed was consensual, but the fact that you guys are acting as if he owes everyone an apology, you’re deadass wrong. Shelby deserves an apology. You might feel betrayed by Will but you are not special in this situation.

It's clear that Wilbur's pretty much never been well mentally. I really liked the man, and I hope that he's able to fix himself and remove those harmful and abusive parts of him and reform. As much as I feel like Shelby is the primary victim in this situation and that she suffered a lot in this scenario, Wilbur's crime is not pedophilia. He can still recover from this situation, and it's not permanent. Sure, even if he does get better I'm sure some people will never look at him the same and will still hate him. Those people can die with the same hatred that got them into that pit of misery. I hope the victim of the abuse and the victim of a terrible mental state can both come back from this.
