I need a PCIe 4.0 cable to replace the PCIe 3.0 riser card card that comes with the Fractal Design node 202, so it needs to be pretty short. Or if you should make a PCIe 4.0 riser card that's a direct replacement for the one supplied with the node 202 I'd be extremely happy.
The only thing I'm worried about by using a cable is that the riser card is also functioning as the card support as you screw in the riser card into the case itself and then you plug in a small extension into the riser card so that it can reach the video card.
The riser card that comes with the node 202 is two pieces, the riser card itself and a small extension you plug into the riser card so that it can reach the video cards PCIe connector. So while a cable would work, it wouldn't offer any structure support for the video card.

Is the retention clip on the Riser Cable removable?
I want to use it with the Cooler Master vertical GPU holder (www.coolermaster.com/catalog/legacy-products/cases/vertical-graphics-card-holder/#Specifications) but it has a metal part on the side which I fear will make this riser unusable with it.
Have you perhaps tested it with the Cooler Master's holder?

      Hi there,
Thank you for your interest in LINKUP products,
We have found that cutting the tab that is perpendicular to the base of the CoolerMaster mount allows our riser cables to fit in the mount (you may be able to achieve this by using pliers, bend back and forth to weaken the tab at the bend until it falls off).
You can see the image in the Amazon Listing here : www.amazon.com/dp/B07Y4172DM?ref=myi_title_dp&th=1
If you would like more descriptions n how to do this, you can email us at support@linkup.one
Thank you, and have a nice day.
