I’m looking to get back into hockey after 7 years… I put on 15lb working out over the last year , and am a little tight! I would love to be back to my puck handling and skating level the same I was in high school. Hopefully next year I can make a good men’s team.
I am Agreeing with magic marker being used as for and of push pull when navigating. As instead of a bracket line to work around arguing with movement that doesn't exist. Use brackets for passing angles though EH.
I played many years ago on defense. I was more of a defensive defenseman, didn't score that much but I wish there were videos like this back then would have definitely helped my game. Amazing skills thanks.🏒

I feel that my stickhandling and shot could improve if I learned to use a left-handed stick. Is the switch worth it or should I learn to make my left hand stronger in its ability to control the top of my stick?
Bailey, I do everything righthanded except hockey. Get a lefthanded stick from a friend and skate with it everyday for a week. You will know then what is best for you, YUP?
