I havnt bothered at all with team builders also same can be said for team of week waste time .if I pull one fine but I'm not gonna build any most wouldn't make team
last years TB were great. i had all of them and they were key parts of my team. this years i have 4x89. Doan is good but only cos RH fwd are in limited supply. Letang is a weapon though. i stopped gathering 77+ for this and put them into McDavid plus Kuch, certainly a better option.
Your guna be pissed when they come out with insane 93s next. Always done team builders for years and its more of a long term investment. Its a bonus this year from the free ones your getting thru moments and special packs but i always think they worth it. Maybe by the end of this year ill change my mind if the bs continues.
Already have Gartner and wanted to replace him with a right handed 89. Saw the cheap 86 packs in the store and had a knee-jerk traction to buy it but, no offense to Shane Doan, realized that would be downgrade. Want Hossa but no need for left-handed forward unless for a theme team. Same vibe.
Ea has data on everything, they see nobody has done the TB sets that’s why they released the moments , then they keep releasing packs to make them that are way cheaper then doing the sets.
It is hard to justify team builders this year since you get less cards each week on average compared to previous years. If the cards were outstanding then it could be worth it , but the 89 release was brutal .. I have two 89 and will use them for the next , but seriously considering pulling all my cards and going after xfactor or icons
No logic in what is EA doing. Champs cards are worst than event cards. Team builders are nothing special. There is no reason to play online and NHL community is highly competitive in the nature and there is a lack of excitement for winning in champs or rivals. I would say that biggest problem is champs and rivals rewards I must say that gallery of grates was great event and we are enjoying using these cards. However they wiped out all other sets. BND are also crazy. Especially 86 free BND cards with 79 acceleration and 78 endurance. No logic...
last year 90 TB modano was my 1c for like 2 months. backstrom is already on my 3rd line after 2 weeks. partially the fault of the free miller & thornton though.
I made the backstrom from the packs in the store I think it was 280k for him which is a fair price. I won't be making anymore nor will I make any more holos or xfactors nylander sundin lidstrom backstrom will be on my team for awhile
the game starts to die this late in the cycle. after another three weeks there will be half the amount of players playing. i play chel after cards get to 92 or 93. another reason spending money on this mode is dumb.
Personally I think the next ones should have half off on their gold ability. It'd be a lot more worth it if you could activate 2 abilities with 2 AP rather than the awkward 3 AP that's currently needed for the 89's
Next team builders need to be 94+ to be worth it honestly.. If they come out at 92 with mid stats in 2-4 weeks it just won't be worth making.
these cards should be free AP and maybe extra synergies or something. They kinda pissed on everyones face with those GOG cards though

Tb were worth it in past years when they were 2-3 overall over the msp's but now nope
I'm guessing we will only see 1 more xfactor series and that's months away

Yeah the devs really bent the player base over this year and that's saying a lot because EA.
