True. There are some mods about for entrances but they don't alway work properly. Check my video on the NJPW No Mercy mod if you do want to see, that has entrances
The presentation and attention to detail to everything really shows how ass backwards the WWE 2K games are. How is it games with better hardware and graphic capabilities somehow turn out less detailed then those of an era of much more limited technology?? Is it looking at the past through rose colored glasses?
I wish that they would’ve had made the entrances longer like they did for Wrestlemania 2000. Also, They should’ve made the tag teams come out together.

The reason they have the Hogan American theme is because Gerald Brisco and Pat Patterson were using that theme at the time in a way to kind of mock Hogan.

They also had removed the working titantrons. In wm2000 they would play even while the character was coming out.
Same thing with SD 1 and SD 2. Awkwardly walking away from the turn tron.
They did it because the hardware on nintendo 64. Sort of like a downgrade. Playstion & Dreamcast hardware was able built to play actual videos.
