Before you say this has been done already, it HASN'T. The team you are thinking of is the full NO WEAKNESS team, which meant some Pokemon had no weakness when certain moves were used. This team however only uses type and ability and it is very hard to change the weaknesses of these Pokemon.
Rotom Wash: Only grass due to levitate.
Quagsire / Swampert / *Gastrodon:* Only grass.
Sableye / Spiritomb: Only Fairy.
*Escavalier* / Scizor / *Forretress:* Only Fire.
*Eelektrik* / Eelektross: None due to levitate.
Any pure normal Pokemon: Only Fighting
Any pure electric Pokemon: Only ground
Drapion / Alolan Grimer / Alolan Muk / Skuntank: Only Ground
Primal Groudon: Only ground when weather is up. If you choose this one, have its only attacking moves be low power such as mud slap.
Names in bold are the ones I'd like to see the most.

Full "Bad Items" Team: A team of any six Pokemon holding these items which give negative effects. Try to make sets that make the items help you.
-Sticky Barb
-Iron Ball
-Lagging Tail/Full Incense (they do the same thing, whichever is fine)
-Black Sludge (on a non Poison Type)
-Ring Target
-Flame Orb/Toxic Orb (an easy one, but there wasn't anything else)
Sticky barb could be a cool poison point pokemon, maybe nidoking.
Iron Ball works well on a Brave Gyro ball Ferrothorn.
Lagging tail/Full incense. IDK. Just a wrap/bind mon i guess.
Black sludge would be a good trick gothitelle.
Ring target. It sucks
Flame orb/Toxic orb. Flame orb for guts, Toxic orb for Facade, Toxic Boost, Zangoose or Poison heal Breloom/Gliscor.

A few Hazard ideas:
Hot Coals: Basically Toxic Spikes, but for Burn. Disappears when a Water Type that is grounded switches in.
Live Wires: Same, but for Paralysis. Disappears when a grounded Electric Type comes in, or something grounded with Motor Drive, Lightning Rod, or Volt Absorb.
Absolute Zero: Freezes any non-Fire Types (grounded or not) that come in, 30% of the time, but on either side. Disappears five turns after the user leaves, or when a Fire type (grounded or not) comes in. Affects both sides.
Laughing Gas: 50% chance to Confuse, 30% chance to Yawn any pokemon that switch in on either side for the next five turns (But not both effects)
Oppressive Aura: any opponent that switches in gets -1 in Atk, Sp.A, and Spd, lasts until user switches or feints.
True Night: SR, but Dark Type. Ghost is treated as a resistance, not a weakness. Fire is treated as a weakness, as is Fairy.
Thunderstorm: Weather that is also an Entry Hazard: any pokemon that come in on either side get hit with SR-style damage of the Electric Type, as well as a random 1-3 pokemon at EoT for three turns, never hits the same one twice, never hits all of them. (both rules can be violated if there is one or more pokemon with Lightning Rod) Also has normal Rain effects. (Damp Rock affects this, makes it last for five turns) Ground types can be hit, but never take damage, VA, LR, MD have normal effects activate as if it were a move that hit them, LR always gets hit in addition to other targets.
Fog: Not really an EH, but still, why not. Reduces move accuracy by one stage, missed moves have a 20% chance to hit another targetable pokemon than the one targeted in doubles.
Here’s an interesting idea:
Take six Pokemon that are specifically meant to be either a physical or special attacker and give them all the appropriate Adamant or Modest natures (ex. Adamant Conkeldurr and Modest Alakazam). Next, give them max EVs in their respective attack stats and 0 EVs in their hindered attack stat (meaning you’d max out Conkeldurr’s attack stat while giving it nothing in its hindered special attack stat)
But here’s the twist….
You then have to make all your Pokemon the OPPOSITE type of attackers you built them up to be. So you would have to take this Adamant Conkeldurr with a hindered special attack stat and 0 EVs in special attack and then use him as a special attacker! That special Alakazam you raised? Looks like he’s gonna be a Psycho Cutter!
Frost Spikes: Ice Type: Similar to stealth rocks, they do more damage to things Ice is super effective to.. However, these spikes deal more damage during Hail, and can be melted if Sunny Day is used, or abilities that start the Harsh Sunlight. These spikes are frozen to the ground, making Rapid Spin a ineffective way to remove it.

Vaporeon - acid armor/ glaceon - barrier
Espeon/sylveon - calm mind
Leafeon - swords dance
Umbreon - double team (for the extra trolls)
Also vaporeon, sylveon and umbreon can make a good wish+baton-pass combo

Touhou Puppet Dance Performance (one of the Touhoumon games) has a Steel-type equivalent of Steath Rock. It's just called Stealth Trap. All the hazards are called Traps. It's pretty cool.
Here’s a stupid idea: an “edible” pokemon team. Technically almost every pokemon is edible, but what I mean is pokemon that most resemble human food. The team would consist of:

The weapons can only be what they appear to hold. They cannot be attached to the body. The psychic Pokémon weapons are used to channel their psychic powers. They don’t have to be physical weapons but they need to be physically held.

Might not be great, but it has saved me before.
I'd love to see a team revolving around the move Magic Room.... I'm talking nasty plot on scarfed sets so they come out of magic room and lock into an offensive move with the speed boost, white herb shell smash coming out of magic room so that it clears both stat drops, and maybe a status move on an assault vest set. Crazy stuff like that.
In doubles you can do even more with items as you go IN to magic room, but singles should still have enough room for shenanigans. Fun challenge, very difficult, and a crazy obscure move could get some more usage. And how great would it be if you got a sweep with a status move on a scarf set?

something I've always wanted in pokemon is a side effect called nightmares. basically a dark type version of poison, does 12% each turn, curable by heal bell, rest etc. lowers special attack by 50%, the opposite of burn. so why not an entry hazard that causes nightmares?

New entry hazard magma field, causes burn to any pokes sent out on the effected side. However burn gets changed, its more like poison where there's a normal burn and a severe burn. Normal burn only causes damage and no attack drop but a 3 stack of magma fields causes severe burn which causes damage and drops the attack

Anyone wondering what that Girafarig was up to, Future Sight does damage based on the stats at the time it HITS, not on the stats when it is USED, so the Calm Mind it was setting up after using Future Sight would actually affect the damage of the Future Sight. However, that don't help you when the target is not there to get hit.
