So basically use as many power-ful moves (also abilities,but not necessary) as you can. You can have any status move so long as you show the "power" of your
Pokemon to the opponent at least once. I made a list of the moves (and abilities) you may find useful.

I got a really evil idea. You know that smeagler that traps opponents imprisons and transforms into them. Well pair that in doubles with a that water type with the ability that boost pulse moves. You then use heal pulse ( which for this Pokemon recovers 75% hp) to keep smeagler and its victim alive. Until smeagler or the Pokemon it has trapped faints the opponent only has one Pokemon actually doing things useful. Also fun fact togetic could learn drain punch via tm in heart gold. Your next Pokemon is a max attack max hp togekiss with drain punch follow me safe guard and whatever move to attack ghost you want. You could actually use hustle on it for a decent purpose.

The thing about severe Pokemon moves, like Zap Cannon and Inferno, is that they always will inflict the status element of their Type if they ever hit the target despite the piss poor 50% accuracy.
We've seen fang, kick, beam, cannon, power increasing and other move theme teams that I can't name off the top of my head.
I think it is time for a blast moves team!
And Pimp you have to use your favorite move "focus miss".
Full deceptive typing Pokémon team!
So this would essentially be a team of Pokémon who look like they should have a certain typing that they don't have or Pokémon that do have a type that they don't look like they should have
Flygon: looks like it should have the flying type but is dragon / ground
Sudowoodo: has the rock type even though it looks like it should be grass
Psyduck: isn't psychic type even though it has "psy" in the name
Azurill: looks like it should be a water type but is normal/ fairy
Florges: looks like it should be grass but is only fairy
Gyarados: has the flying type even though it doesn't have wings nor does it look like it's a flying type mon
If there are others that you think fit the theme go ahead and use them as well, these are just the ones that I thought would work well

Full "TM" Team: Only moves taught through TMs from the same game they were caught in can be used. eg: Machamp from VC Red/Blue can have Fissure, but not Power-Up Punch)
Too add extra challenge, he can only choose moves by groups of 16-17 (example: pokemon 1 gets #'s 1-17, #2 gets 18-34, #3 gets 35-51 etc.)
And if that doesn't work out, then he choose 1 move out of 4 of the groups. (there are 4 groups of 17, two of 16).

Growl, Leer, Tackle, Scratch, Harden, Howl, Water Gun, Ember, Thundershock, etc.

Before you say this has been done already, it HASN'T. The team you are thinking of is the full NO WEAKNESS team, which meant some Pokemon had no weakness when certain moves were used. This team however only uses type and ability and it is very hard to change the weaknesses of these Pokemon.
Rotom Wash: Only grass due to levitate.
Quagsire / Swampert / *Gastrodon:* Only grass.

Honestly, I thought you were gonna run a blastoise. Currently, blastoise can learn Hydro Cannon and Flash cannon through tutor/tm. Also, according to an event in gen 2, you can get a special event squirrel that has zap cannon on it
